I reached out to the company, initially, and by 2pm the same day, they were able to get a hold of me. I felt very accommodated and taken care of sincerely, even though I am not an actual client. They listened to my concerns and got me in touch with the person in the incident, as well as relaying the situation to the supervisor. In a society where accountability and responsibility seems rare, they took care of me and made sure I was left satisfied, cared for, and I felt reassurance, safe, and most importantly I felt valued. Patrick's communication and follow-through were very poor from start to finish…read more We had an appointment for an in-person estimate scheduled for April 23rd at 10:00 AM. This appointment was scheduled weeks in advance. At 9:30 AM, I messaged Patrick to confirm that we were still meeting up. At 9:45 AM, he replied and stated that he was in Manoa (I live in Mililani). He went on to say that "he would try to stop by later that afternoon." At 5:00 PM, I had not heard from him, so I messaged him to ask if he was still planning to stop by. He told me that his truck had broken down. My response was "No problem," and I informed him that I was going to move on and find another contractor. He apologized and said that he would be in the Mililani area on the 25th (Saturday), so I gave him another chance. He came out, assessed the drainage issue, and later texted me his assessment. I responded with a few follow-up questions and asked him to send over the estimate, but I received no reply. On Monday the 27th, I messaged Patrick (again), repeated my questions, and asked if he could send over the estimate (again). He asked for my email address, which I sent right away, but I did not receive anything. The following morning, I followed up (last time) asking for the estimate, and once again, I did not receive a response. After I posted my review, Patrick emailed me and claimed that he had sent the estimate via email. I checked my inbox repeatedly and never received it. The only email I ever received from him came only after I left the review. He offered me a discount if I took my Yelp review down. That made me even less comfortable with the overall experience. I would have much preferred clear communication, timely follow-through, and the estimate I had been asking for. Overall, the issue was not just one missed appointment or one missed message. It was repeated poor communication, lack of professionalism, and no follow-through. This is not a company I would recommend.
