I say this because I work at that Kohl's across the parking lot and hate when I have to deal with people that treat employees like I did. It all started with her asking the lotion I use. I get mine from Ulta for about $10 because I can't afford a lot of their lotions at Sun Tan City. She told me I couldn't use it because it had oils that crack their acrylic. Instead of understanding that she was following policy I got mad and I regret that. She was so kind and helped me find a bronzer for about $30 because she understood I have a tight budget. I never got her name but she was working around noon on New Year's Eve. I would like to thank her for putting up with my attitude.

I was charged for an additional month that I was not able to use. Make sure to ask for a copy of anything you sign, as the employees do not do a great job of explaining this. They typically rush you through and say sign here. I didn't think I would be charged $90.00 for three days of tanning. This is theft! I am extremely disappointed this is how I was treated after being with Sun Tan City for over 10 Years. Maybe even 20. I will spend a lot of time making sure everyone knows these poor business tactics of robbing their customers.

Her new location on University Ave is spacious, clean, and quiet. It's nice to be the only customers when we stop in. There is a second chair in another room, but we haven't been in when they're both working! Kristy is professional, talented, and very kind. It's always nice to catch up when we stop in for our haircuts! We even make the drive from Cedar Rapids now, and it's worth the time.
