I was charged for an additional month that I was not able to use. Make sure to ask for a copy of anything you sign, as the employees do not do a great job of explaining this. They typically rush you through and say sign here. I didn't think I would be charged $90.00 for three days of tanning. This is theft! I am extremely disappointed this is how I was treated after being with Sun Tan City for over 10 Years. Maybe even 20. I will spend a lot of time making sure everyone knows these poor business tactics of robbing their customers.

I say this because I work at that Kohl's across the parking lot and hate when I have to deal with people that treat employees like I did. It all started with her asking the lotion I use. I get mine from Ulta for about $10 because I can't afford a lot of their lotions at Sun Tan City. She told me I couldn't use it because it had oils that crack their acrylic. Instead of understanding that she was following policy I got mad and I regret that. She was so kind and helped me find a bronzer for about $30 because she understood I have a tight budget.
