We called them once we had our bags, and they picked us up about 10 min later under the "off airport parking" sign. Time from shuttle to our own car: about 1 min. Can't get much better than that! We shared our shuttle with another family who said they've used SNAP like 30 times and have had consistently great experiences. We won't hesitate to use SNAP going forward for all our EWR parking needs!

Shuttle to pick me up when I arrived never came after 40 minutes, had to take taxi to the lot at personal expense. Waited 40+ minutes to get my car AFTER paying the costs. Was told repeatedly "we only have 2 people working". That is not my problem, that's YOUR problem. Worst parking experience ever. Bordered on illegal how they kept my car and would not let me leave after I paid.

First time ever using this station and it was a breeze, very easy to simply scan a credit card and get in. As for the station, much cleaner than Penn Station. We were so late we missed half of the game because we were sent on this wild goose chase. Meanwhile, I already paid to RESERVE a spot in the lot a block from the stadium. Every garage they sent us to was farther away and they still would not park us. Why would you offer the reservation at a specific lot if you're just going to give my spot away? I visited the online app to reserve my parking space so that I may visit the Prudential center for a graduation. The steep $40 parking was crazy but I understand there are not many places to park in the area. This location was directly across the street from the Prudential Center which is the home to the Devils Hockey Team. There are a few small lots in the area so I pulled in the wrong lot at first. They need better signage with the address on it. The staff was very friendly. When it was time to retrieve my car they did not make me wait long. I would definitely use them in the future.

They were coming from Manhattan so they would meet us at the restaurant. I researched mass transit and driving options. I don't know Newark and was trying to be cautious. I finally decided this parking and the timing and be able to walk to the arena was the best way to do it. We entered the parking structure on Somerset St, where it's like part of the Westin. The area is gentrified. The restaurant was a 2 minute walk. Red Bull Arena was less then 10 minutes to walk to. It cost $15 to park for 4 hours. Saved $5 not parking at the arena. I Would definitely park here again if I was in the area for something.
