I don't fly often out of Newark but when I do this is the place I usually link up with. I found that the app is definitely the way to go when reserving and paying for your stay. Every so often you might get an extra day or two for free depending on the promotions so definitely keep an eye out for that. The shuttle service itself is very quick and takes you directly to where your car was dropped off at. As long as you don't lose that little card they give you with the parking spot. The easy tip option is nice as well when you don't have cash on hand to take care of the driver. read more

1st time using this service. We opted for valet service and were not disappointed. It was very cold (10 degrees) so the workers weren't overly friendly but did their jobs. We parked, they took our luggage to the bus, while we waited inside. 1st bus was full so we waited for the 2nd one about 10 mins later. Dropped us off at the gate and off we went. Coming home. We landed. I opened the app to let them know we arrived and got a confirmation that they were preparing our car. Walked out to get the bus. Waited about 5 mins. Got to the garage and our car was already started, cleaned off and warm (it was about 20 degrees out). I tipped the driver and the porter both ways but felt it was well worth it. read more

As you can see from my past reviews, I have been a member of the SpotClub and the more recent Parking SpotClub for the past decade. I have been a gold member of the Parking SpotClub since 2011. I was here last year in June 2024 for my international non-stop flights to and from Athens Greece. Refer to my prior review from last year. I recently parked my friend's Ford F150 truck here for our round trip international non-stop United flights to and from Barcelona. We booked our self parking reservation using my SpotClub app for 13 days at a cost of $394. It was unusual that uncovered self parking cost more than valet parking. Valet parking cost $19.35 per day whereas uncovered self parking cost $24.25 per day. I also qualified for my parking discount, which was applied. I used my SpotClub membership card to easily enter the Parking SpotClub uncovered parking lot. The uncovered lower level down parking lot was full, therefore we were advised to park uphill to the right where we selected an uncovered parking spot 60. The shuttle bus arrived within 5 minutes to pick us up with our large heavy luggages for our international flights. The driver loaded our large heavy luggages into the shuttle bus. The driver drove us to the United Terminal C where he unloaded our four large heavy luggages. Our United flight returned to Terminal B (rather than United's usual Terminal C arrival) where the shuttle bus picked us up within 10 minutes at Terminal B. The driver loaded our large heavy luggages into the shuttle bus. The driver also returned us to the upper lot near parking spot 60, where he unloaded our four large heavy luggages. We quickly departed the facility using my Parking SpotClub card. My friends and I greatly appreciated the Parking SpotClub services to and from EWR including the handling of our four large heavy luggages. Three of our four large heavy luggages were a little over 50 pounds each but under 70 pounds. We all agreed we will continue to park here, when our flights depart or arrive into Newark airport (EWR). read more

we always use EWR Haynes valet and find the service is outstanding. We had an exceptional situation this evening 6/13/25 when the driver who was courteous, professional and did something that was beyond commendable. We had 2 large bags and 2 smaller duffle bags. We unloaded the large bags and 1 duffle and forgot the very expensive ba on board. we were about to exit and he came with his shuttle blowing the horn to our surprise to deliver the bag. I gave him an extra tip but was so caught off guard wanted to give him additional. I will try to get in touch with management to recognize him and find a way to get additional gratuity to him. read more

We parked here a couple of months ago, and they damaged our car in 2 places. Now they've stopped communicating with us about it. Accidents happen, but poor customer service is a choice. We'll be avoiding all Parking Spot locations as well as their affiliate, Park N Fly. read more

I park here whenever traveling. This recent trip I had left cask in the console. When I returned I could not find it. I went home and searched more thoroughly and found a small yellow envelope with $150 written on it. Basically, they found it and recorded it and kept it safe for me. I used the Parking Spot Haynes while traveling. Chose valet service and upon my return, my vehicle was damaged. I reported the damage prior to leaving as the instructions on their card advise and I called them back to verify if they filed the claim. They sent me an email with the claim number and the company Sedgwick Claims Management Services. A Claims adjuster called me who made me aware my claim may be denied because when I accepted the terms and conditions they state they're not liable, which I find to be untrue because the card they give you when you park there states "any claim for damages to vehicle must be made before leaving facility". All the phone numbers I have for Sedgwick who manages their claims, I cannot reach the claims adjuster, who has not responded with any correspondence whatsoever from the start of the claim I haven't received anything in writing. Do not park your vehicle at The Parking Spot Haynes. My car is a luxury vehicle that was damaged while parked at their facility and nothing is being done about the claim. I chose the valet parking option. I arrived, was greeted by a valet who assisted me with my luggage. I was driven directly to the terminal that I was departing from, and my luggage was off-loaded for me. On my return from my trip, I called the number as I had been instructed to. Within minutes, a van pulled up. Ibrahiem put my luggage in the van, drove me to the Parking Spot, and my car was waiting for me under a covered parking spot, which was nice, because it was starting to rain. I was then assisted by another employee with putting my luggage in my car, and wished a pleasant and safe drive home. read more

My wife and I used The Parking Spot - Haynes at EWR for our recent trip to the west coast. We chose valet but self park is also an option. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by a staff member. We provided our key, received a claim ticket, and he helped us load our luggage onto the bus which was there waiting to take people to EWR. Trip to airport was pretty quick. Driver was professional and friendly. Dropped at our terminal. When we returned we got our luggage and called the number on the ticket. The woman who answered was also very upbeat and professional. I've used other park/ride services where they made me feel like I was bothering them when I called for pick up. Not the case with this experience. She told me 5 mins to pickup. When we got across the street to the pickup area after calling, the driver and bus were already there. This may not be 100% typical but it was great after flying 6 hours and arriving at midnight. I will definitely use this Parking Spot location every time I fly from here on out. Hope this level of service is the norm since this was my first time with them. read more

It was my first time looking for long term parking at Newark airport. If you Google it, you'll find all these places advertising $10/day, except Parking Spot is $17/day so Parking Spot seems more expensive. It's only when you click through that you find out $10/day doesn't include a huge amount of fees and taxes, which brings it closer to Parking Spot's prices. Plus Parking Spot gives a AAA discount, so it was actually cheaper than the other places. And Parking Spot has a phone app that you can use to check in and out and see where the shuttles are. Light years ahead of the other places. The experience itself was great. I downloaded the app, loaded my credit card and made a reservation. On entering, I scanned the app at the gate and self parked. There was a shuttle at the end of my row and he drove over as we unloaded the car and put our suitcases in the shuttle. It's a 5 minute ride to the terminals. Coming back, the shuttles were circling and we caught one right away. It dropped us off at the car and we exited using the app, which automatically billed us. Couldn't be easier. The Haynes location is closer to the airport than McClellan, so a little more expensive. If you valet, you can also buy a car wash. read more

We landed at Terminal C. There were close to 30 people waiting for a shuttle. The first one comes and just drives by. The next one took over 30 min to come by, and only half of us were able to get on (hopefully tge others son't have to wait another half hour. I had valet reservations, but didn't see any valet. I asked the employee where to park and they pointed to an area. This parking spot was a great option for my family on our way to Tennesse for a family reunion. We drove our car into the lot and a bus comes and drives right up to your car. The person who works at the lot helps you with bringing the luggage into the bus. Once your in the bus you tell the driver what terminal you want to get to and they drive you to your appropriate terminal at Newark airport. Uber has been a little unreliable lately when you arrive back at Newark airport. In addition, depending on whether it is peak times sometimes Uber will have a high upsurge in price. Paying $80 to get home when you only live 15mins away is a little absurd. It was nice to have out car waiting for us once we arrived at the airport and we were able to get home fast and easy. read more

This is the best parking service I have used at any airport. The QR code entry and exit is so fast and easy, and I love that the app can geolocate you for pickup so you don't have to call to let them know you've arrived. The best thing about the service is the customer service and the shuttle drivers! The first time I used this service I had a very early morning flight and needed to arrive at the lot at 3AM. I was worried the lot would be deserted and I wouldn't be able to get in touch with anyone. I called in advance and the woman who answered was so reassuring that I drove in with no worries, and she was right -- the lot is very well-lighted and the shuttles were there waiting for me. So easy. Last time I arrived the lot was full unless you had a reservation, which luckily I did. I thought I would have to drive around looking for an empty spot, but someone was there to tell me where the empty spaces were and the shuttle pulled up right behind me as I pulled in. I had a reservation to park here for 15 days. Arrived at the lot 12 hours after my reservation start time and was not permitted to enter the lot because the attendant said it was full. The electronic parking sign showed 382 available parking spots. Still turned away by attendant even though the App still showed my reservation as active. The App would not let me cancel the reservation and book a new one. Left at airport without a place to park. Terrible customer service! read more

I would like to give a huge shout out to Tonya for giving GREAT customer service. I went to Haynes location on 4/5/2021 @ 3:30am to 4/11/2021. When I arrived I took a ticket from the machine but I did not scan my QR code. I prepaid before the trip. I was supposed to scan the QR code upon arrival, but did not realize this at that time. I paid 20 dollars more when exiting, and didn't use our prepaid reservation so I called 4 /12/2021 and Tonya credited my charge card the higher amount. I called to ask for help with this issue, and she took care of the problem right away. I have been using Parking spot for 20 years and will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend them. read more

I've used them in the past but was disappointed this time. We had an advanced reservation because our schedule was tight. There was a lot of problems checking in, when they promised it would be quick with their higher-priced valet service. After 10 minutes, I had to get very insistent when they couldn't check me in and they promised to "fix" it by the time we returned a week later. They implied it was our fault. They didn't. We couldn't check out quickly as promised. It took them 15 minutes to "fix" it so we could exit and again, implied it was our fault. I hope this is not a sign of changes! this is the second off site parking I've used for EWR (the other being SNAP). Comparatively, I believe Parking Spot is a bit cheaper. Shuttles for both places seem to run very frequently, but I prefer Parking Spot as you park yourself....personally, I just don't like valet and prefer handling my own car. Getting in and out with the QR code is easy. Just note where you park because the lot is quite massive. My only complaint is getting out onto the main road can be a bit of a challenge especially during busier hours. read more

Nothing but a good experience parking my car at The Parking Spot - Haynes Ave. I kept it here for about a week and a half while out of town on vacation. I made the reservations online. The shuttle ride to the airport did not take long at all. I thought the shuttle service was the best part. The drivers pick you up right by your car and help you with your luggage if you have any. Very efficient way to park at Newark Airport. I've tried the hotel parking at EWR, but the buses are infrequent and don't pick you up directly in front of the terminals. The Parking Spot drivers are incredibly courteous and accommodating. They pick you up quickly and right in front of your terminal. You don't need to take the tram shuttle to P4. You can't go wrong. Came back from my trip to find my car on cinder blocks with all 4 tires STOLEN. Yes, you heard correctly. Though fenced in and someone on staff at all times, my wheels were stolen right off of my car. No cameras and no one saw in a busy parking lot. Needless to say, I was shocked and upset but staff took no accountability. "Sir, I didn't take your tires!" They wouldn't even spell their names for me when asked. It is like your child being kidnapped and the babysitter says, "I didn't take your baby?!" No, but your were supposed to be watching the baby! I believe it was an inside job. Arrived late Saturday night after a rough trip from CA. Called their office at Haynes - Newark to notify them of my arrival and to have my car ready for my pick up - Woman who answered the phone seemed to be bothered by the call and continued in an unpleasant tone - We waited at least 30 minutes to get the van and arrive at Parking Spot/ Haynes - It was a horrific nght of rain. Van pulled up to allow us to get off and retrieve my car - My car was not ready and an attendant apologized and took my ticket to then get my car- Ran into the office with no less than 3 people lounging on chairs totally apathetic to my situation. I was angry that for the additional pay money now paid, no one showed any apology for the delay. Pricing had increased dramatically over the last couple of years, for Valet parking - In fact they brushed off my concerns with loud and chaotic banter, that was not understood. They tried to defend an indefensible event. Manager said they were shorthanded. At 10.30 PM, I was the only Valet customer on the van. Unlikely anyone coming after us - Just awful response to the mistakes and conversation thrown at me - Have parked there for years. I would give a negative star- THIS PLACE IS A RACKET. Car stolen b/c barbed wire fence was cut through and driven OFF the lot out of exit where there are NO cameras, only at entry. I should have read Raj's review below before I parked. 24/7 staff was unaware of the "incident" although many incidents are reported. We were told there are only 4 cameras in the entire lot. Total professional inside job. Told cameras would be reviewed. Filed police report- who knows what will happen. Was told CEO is cheap and won't invest into the lot, security, etc. If you're looking for a new car- this is great place to shop! read more
