Today there were 4 charges on one of my credit cards that is now missing from my wallet. I do not live in New Jersey, nor was I in NJ on Saturday, the day the charges were made. My husband and I came straight from PA, parked, went to the concert and left the same night. We did not stop anywhere in NJ that the card could have "fallen out" of my wallet or been misplaced. One of the valet attendants that serviced that lot on Friday night stole my card. I have filed a police report and will be taking further action. I called and spoke with someone who informed me it was unlikely his guys did it because they wouldn't do something like that and to call back in the morning. It was DEFINITELY one of those guys because there was no opportunity anywhere else at any other time that I stepped foot outside of my car in NJ that night. They made 4 charges to my card totaling almost $300.00. This is HIGHLY unacceptable

Last night I was there at 1am due to delays (all too frequent) and there were plenty of other cars there. The police patrol it often and it's well lit. I usually wait for whoever I'm picking up to get their bags, then I head to the terminal. I can't understand why you still see people parked at the side of the highway and not waiting here. The lot is easy to access and has enough space for multiple cars, so you don't have to stress about finding a spot. It's close enough to the terminals for a quick pickup once your passenger is ready. There are many garbages as well for throwing out any snack or coffee garbage you may have. And for the more daring there are portapotties in the lot. An excellent option to avoid circling the airport or waiting in unsafe areas!

The two guys who work tHere were very friendly but unfortunately the place is terrribly over staffed. Line to park, wait to get ticket, and then long wait to get your car back and then long wait to actually get out of the place when you do get your car. Be prepared to do a lot of waiting.
