We got new window's , so we needed some new blinds. Our new order came in and it was a complete difference, we are so happy with them! And the installer Pete was excellent , he was the one who didn't like how the first order worked and brought it to Paula's attention. Budget Blind's did a fantastic job and I can't imagine that it could have worked out any better we are completely satisfied .

Honestly, I thought A/C Logic was a fairly well run store. Batteries, bikes, etc., all seemed a…read morefair price, service was effective, and friendly. I personally have not had a problem. Yet in the past few months, my friend and roommate has been complaining of parts received from him breaking or becoming damaged shortly after installation. He wanted a larger trunk? No problem, he bought it and Charles installed it. Three days later, it snaps off while he is driving. Lucky, he wasn't carrying anything breakable. I have the same case, not attached by Charles, held onto the bike with a metal attachment. My friend's? PLASTIC. To add insult to injury, for repairs he was charged $100. Just tonight, my friend comes home complaining that one of his battery's broke. He purchased these batteries three months ago, Lithium Ion I believe, which are not cheap. It would seem the plastic holding the prongs in which to place the charger cracked and crumbled. Now, he will have to lug his bike half an hour to A/C Logic, for Charles to tell him he'll need to fork over an arm and a leg for repairs. I don't know if its the supplier Charles get his parts from, but he should take responsibility for a dissatisfied customer who recieved a defective piece. Were there any other place to go for repairs, I would choose it in a heartbeat. For all that my friend has spent on his bike, he couldn't gotten himself a gas-guzzling car that's 20 years old, and would still break down less.

The best store I've ever dealt with. I lost the rear detachable safety light on my bike that I had bought from him and I stopped in and asked him how much the rear lights were. I told him I couldn't buy one that day because I had no cash and he let me have it until pay day easy as pie. He was thinking about my safety first. Excellent shop I recommend to everyone.

I called on Saturday and got decent service, Was asked for additional information…read more Assumed service would be better in person but I am out of town. My wife went in on the next business day with an infant in her arms. She had the same information I provided. They assumed she was with one of the two other customers in the shop so the available salesman didn't address her. After waiting 20 minutes that salesman directed her to another salesman who told her get an electrician and that she is not allowed to do the work she described. This is not true, we are working alongside an electrician. She left feeling upset, blown off and ganged up on as two salesmen were saying this and a customer also chimed in to the unfavorable conversation. This "needing an electrician" was repeated to me when I called back, speaking with the floor manager, Timothy. He said Eecol electric and E.B Horsman & son would not deal with the public and I know this to be untrue as well. I was treated politely but left with the impression they didn't want to deal with people who don't know exactly what they want.
