Monday, Frank assured us that he could pack our cooler for our trip back home to New York State. We bought shrimp, flounder, and oysters. The oysters came after the shop closed. Frank and his cousin waited for us to come back after our Shrimp Boat Tour to load the very heavy cooler into our car. We were very grateful to see them waiting for us The seafood arrived home in pristine shape. Not frozen but perfectly cooled. Four days after Frank and his cousin loaded the cooler into our car we were having seafood boil with our family. The oyster eaters raved about how fresh and tasty they were. Us shrimp eaters ate the tenderest, tastiest shrimp. None of it would have been possible without Frank's knowledge and friendliness. We enjoyed Frank and we enjoyed seafood from Desportes Seafood. We will go there whenever we are in Biloxi.

Long story short we weren't seated until about 7:15 and a couple diners who also had 6;30 reservations were seated well before us.
