Payment was easy at the kiosk but there was an extended delay to enter the car wash tunnel because the customer ahead of me apparently selected the $5 option and only the minimum $10 car wash was being allowed. Eventually, the woman exited her car and meandered over to the kiosk and made an additional payment, returned to her vehicle and was allowed to proceed. Then one attendant approached confirming I'd paid $10 and I was waved into the car wash. Another attendant guided me into the track and "Vanna White" motioned through the instructions.
