Signs are clear from the road where the car wash is and the entrance. They also have prices listed as well as what comes with those so you don't have to wonder what all you are getting. I went on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm and it wasn't too busy. They had two people working. A lady washing the exterior of the car and a man vacuuming and detailing the inside. This car wash is all done by hand which is good. If you want an exterior wash only for a non SUV car it's $15. For an exterior and interior wash it is $25 and up depending on what all you want. The price for SUVs is more expensive versus a regular sized car. They take both cash and card. I wouldn't say that there is customer service here per say in the sense that the two that were working were both busy cleaning cars. So you have to basically stay in your car and pull it up when they are done with the next car at least that's what I did. I also wasn't really greeted or given information about the car wash types etc. It's probably best you know what car wash you want so that you can tell them. I stated which one i wanted by telling them the price of it. The waiting area is outside. They have plastics chairs some under a covering and others not. It took about an hour to get my car washed from the time I pulled up to the time I drove off. I can say they cleaned it pretty well and I was satisfied with the service. First, I drove to their location near Lenox, but since I was a bit confused on exactly where it was, I switched gears and headed to this location that I had gone to last time, on Marietta Blvd. I was greeted by friendly, smiling staff after a couple minutes of standing around by my car, once a AAA truck had pulled out of their line of view and they spotted me. I pointed out the areas I wanted them to focus on (seat stains and dirty cup holder), selected the package I wanted, and waited in the chairs under cover that they have outside for customers. I believe I waited about 30 minutes but it went by quickly. When my car was done, I tipped 25% thinking that I was going to open my car door to near perfection, only to STILL see stains on my passenger seat from when I had spilled something on it and goop in my cup holders from when my hand sanitizer had exploded in my car due to the heat, last week. As I said, I had even pointed these out to the workers specifically before they started. Upon my disappointment, I got the attention of the worker who had helped me cash out and showed him where the hand sanitizer was still caked on. I didn't even bother mentioning the seats since I figured that could've been a lost cause at this point. He tried to wipe it out for a couple more minutes before shrugging and telling me it wasn't going to come off. I thanked him and left, knowing that I was going to have to try to work on it myself or take it to an actual dealership. Even if the seat stains may not, I have confidence that the hand sanitizer goop WILL come off. At least my car is cleaner than when I came in and smells nice. However, this was not worth the $50 that I paid. I'm glad at least that I hadn't spent more because I almost did. I don't think I would've gotten any better a job out of them though even if I had paid more. What they did for the service I selected was not up to standard. At the very least, they should have apologized and been honest and upfront with me before I paid to let me know they did their best (if they did) but could not fully clean my car to perfection. They got up the mess she made as well as all the cat hair. For a $65 mobile car washing service I was impressed. However, they said they were going to be at the office at 1pm and they didn't make it to the office until a little after 2pm which meant I had to rush them at the end because by 5pm they still weren't done. Nearest car wash by my location was this place so I called they were open and I went. They have different packages to choose from. The spot looks like an old DIY car wash where you have all the different stalls to drive in and dip out. This place was different. Kept up pretty nice for what it is. It's a group a guys there who hook it up and they do their job quite well. There is a separate stall where you can sit and wait while they detail your vehicle. Also there is a vending machine there that dispenses drinks and snacks too. Convenient for those on the go. About 20-25 mins after entry, my truck was glistening and spot free in the right areas! And this was all done for $18! Needless to say I tipped them well for their services. Don't sleep on this place!!!!!
