Last Monday, 5/19/25, I had my car washed at this location - I chose the next level above basic. I usually choose the basic wash. When I went through and used their towels to clean areas inside the car; the carwash seemed to be very good. However, when I left and the sun shone on my windshield and other windows there was a hazy film on them. I came home and cleaned my windshield. I went back on Wednesday, told the attendant about the issue, showed him the driver's side window. He offered a free wash. I did that. When I left the windows looked exactly as they had on Monday. I could even see the "stripes" where the machine had wiped across them - still hazy! read more

Marty & Keisha are running a terrible car wash company. They don't respect their employees. They run this company like a mom & pop store. I don't even know why the owner of Melbourne puts up with them. When I started working at Dirty Dog's car wash they told me not to talk to her & mentioned how crazy & hard to deal with she is. They told me to not share anything with her about what corporate is doing which I found weird & uncomfortable especially since the owner of the North Lauderdale location is their business partner. Anyways, Marty wanted me to work over a holiday wknd. Which I do not work weekends & im not paid to work wknds. He then fired me because I was unavailable. He also blamed it on my grandmothers death who passed away one month ago. They are sick people. Don't support this business! Check out the attachment that I emailed him. He fired me the next day w/o reason. Never had a problem here. Never was reprimanded. I did a lot for them. Clearly they don't value anyone who contributes to this company and they love to fire ppl. This carwash, which was formally known as Dirty Dog's Carwash, is now under new management and under a new name of Blue Penguin Carwash. Their cheapest car wash option is $8, which is a price you really can't beat with other nearby car washes, take Camel Car Wash, for example, which has washes starting at $12. Camel was closed so we decided to give Blue Penguin a try. You definitely get a lesser quality with the lower price. Upon pulling up, we noticed a strange paper sign that was crumbled up that said "Coming Soon Blue Penguin." We honestly could not tell if it was open or not because it looked very run-down. The kiosk had a musty sticky note on it that said "Honk if you need help." Upon pulling up to the car wash itself, all of the signage is knocked out and it looked quite unsafe. I was very hesitant to pull my car through. When i got around the free vacuums, the mat cleaner had strange blue painters tape on it, indicating it was broken. The vacuums worked well and they even have a cleaner shooter, which was very interesting and took me by surprise because it looks like a air pressure shooter. It is not. Overall, this is a great car wash if you are on a budget. Hopefully they improve their new management with time. I would honestly pay the $2 more for better quality. The new management seems to be strange, but I would give them another chance. read more

This car wash is now under a new name and much better than the prior instance. Pretty good wash, it didn't get all of the crud off my car. I have found very few drive thru car washes will clean the back of your car - the part that gets filthy when you do highway driving in rain. The people were very nice and very friendly. Free vacuums worked well and towels were provided to dry your car. This was an ok car wash, but better than most in the area. read more

Two words. POWERFUL VACUUMS. After 10 years of not being able to vacuum this one spot in my Odyssey I got it! The spot between the tray table and passenger seat. This one piece of metal was stuck there (note I had to shove some things around)... Even the detailer guy 3 years ago didn't get it . NOTE: The Glass cleaner is in the nozzle, near the Air Spray so that's why there aren't any spray bottles like the other places....Next to Eastlake Kroger. Absolutely horrible experience at this (Blue Penguin) new car wash. Charged me $25!!! for a wash I didn't select - the touchscreen is defective - I clearly selected Next and the computer automatically selected the most expensive wash - it was also poorly staffed and there was no one there to authorize a refund - so I was forced to go though the wash. The technology as I went through the tunnel seemed ok but when I went to look at the result - my car looked terrible. Missed areas and the thick tire dressing was all over my wheels. It took me 15 minutes to wipe off the tire dressing off my wheels. Please do yourself a favor and go to Speed Shine Express Car Wash on Sandy Plains/Scufflegrit or even Cactus Car Wash as a last resort. DO NOT patronize the Blue Penguin Car Wash! read more

I've been to a few drive through car washes and I liked how my car came out here over the other places I've been too. I also liked how they provide more items after the wash. Most places just have a vacuum. This place has vacuums, air pressure hose, glass cleaner, tire shiner and plenty of rags. Brandon there was very helpful as well. No way I'll ever visit here again. I told the so called manager, I heard knocking and wasn't sure where. The guy starts to laugh and says it's not from the wash. On further inspection my cars fin on top was loose as hell. They never taped it down and then tried to play it off. Go somewhere else or make sure before going here you inspect your car. read more

The outside was washed just fine - nothing better or worse than others places where I've gotten it washed. For $25 (the premium level) it should have been much better! The problem came with the vacuuming area. They did not have spray bottles of cleaner so I could not clean the inside of my doors, my console, etc. They did have a large spray hose - "for glass" - but I'm afraid that doesn't work well unless you want to spray the entire inside of your car. It's been awhile since I've considered a drive thru car wash supreme. This car wash place is top notch for a drive thru. I got a basic wash for six bucks, but they have washes that exceed fifteen bucks. I never do that until I see how good the wash is. I was impressed how soapy my car got, how there clothes actually touch the car to remove the dirt both on on the sides and on top of the car. Three dryer is amazing, I only had to dry under my trunk and wipe down the mirrors and windows. Good super strong suctions on vacuums and plenty of space to physically distance yourself from others. read more

Fantastic amenities for auto cleaning and detailing stations. We loved how everything was so clean and new! Loved the compressed air for all the nooks & crannies! That was a big helper! The vacuums were handy and super powerful. I don't think we've ever had a Carwash vac that was so powerful. The gentleman that greeted us was very helpful and attentive. He showed us how to utilize the equipment and explained things in a detailed fashion. The only con that we have is that there wasn't any covering for detailing stations. It was HOT! I went to the Marietta location on 10/27 to get my car washed. A team member taped my rear windshield before I entered the car wash. After the car wash I went to the vacuum area to vacuum my car and noticed my rear windshield wiper was completely gone. I informed a team member and he tried to put it back on, but he was unsuccessful. Another team member came over and took my information and took pictures to create a damage report, and I was told the GM would contact me. I waited 2-3 days, after I didn't hear anything I called and left a VM. It's been over 2 weeks and I still have not heard anything back. read more
