They were professional, punctual, and reasonably priced for the scope of work. What really stood out: after they left the gas company nicked one of our lines during unrelated work, and they came right back out and fixed it free of charge, no questions asked. That kind of follow-through is rare these days. Can't recommend them enough.

I'm not sure how this company has such stellar reviews. Their great rating was the reason I went…read morewith them in the first place. I went with them last year to lay irrigation down in my front yard with a whole new system with foundation plantings to be watered by drip irrigation. With the really hot summer of 2025, I called two times for them to come out because the foundation plants were not adequately watered with drip irrigation. The first time, Reynolds came really quickly. The second time, I was told that I could change the amount of water myself on the app and that the team had already come out once to service me and that they had changed out 3 leaks in the drip system for free! The issue is, drip irrigation put in place did not reach all the plants - even though I was told it would- so I could increase the amount of water as much as I want and all it would do it drown some plants while others stay dry. Fast forward a year later, some very valuable trees have withered and died -3 japanese maples and 1 blue spruce along with some other shrubs. They also neglected to tell me that they reduced the amount of water everything was getting by 1/3 last summer because of the water shortage. They probably thought homeowners can change this themselves if plants look like they need more water. But we were away for July 2025 and came back to dead trees. An email telling us that they were doing this would have gone a long way. After thousands of dollars, I'm now back at square one and needing another system. Oh, they also told me they would change my old system (valves etc) and they didn't. They retrofitted everything to an old 30 year old system - I was told this when I got a new estimate recently. I was also told that the drip irrigation system was improperly installed, not suitable for my foundational plantings and were getting leaks because they didn't put a regulator in for that much water pressure. It would have been good for them to tell me that before installing the system. What a mess! Stay Away!

We were originally told $70, but then after the start up they just changed the words. "Start up" meant just slow purging. No backflow testing. Said heads were checked, but half of them were buried after check up. (How could you check the head when it's buried?) Write a note to ask another company to fix, that's all. Total 10 mins, and charge $170. The best business ever I have seen.

As we aren't on a yearly contract (because my father is one stubborn man, even tho it would save us money), the kind folks at Creative Irrigation send regular mail reminders prior to the end of a season asking if we'd like to schedule. Calls to the office are answered promptly during business hours. Appointments can be scheduled during a reasonable time frame. (Note: they *really* try to find a slot that works best for your schedule.) Every service person that has visited is professional, articulate, friendly and offers options if there are any repairs needed. If you want to take a stab at doing the work, they're happy to explain what needs to be done. (Because, hey. We're not all millionaires.) I don't know how long they've been in business, but my Dad (who is in his 80's) has been using this company for eons. Our family highly recommends them. p.s. Special shout out to the last technician. My brother raved about John P!

If you decide to go with someone else or not do the work then you get hit with the fee. I'm OK with that. But that's not how this company operates. I had a leak. Adam showed up. I showed him the leak. He dug it up and fixed it and charged me. Perfectly fine. And then they charged the $110 on top of that. They refuse to waive it. IF you're OK with this policy, then you will probably like them. IF like me, you think this is not customer friendly, then be aware and you may want to consider one of the many alternatives. I was a repeat customer for them with winterizations, spring start up, etc. Because of their policy, they lost my business. Edited in response to owner's comments as she is leaving out critical information. Donna R says she listened to the call but she is leaving out that she also heard me comment about the fee and express dissatisfaction with it. She also heard me say that the leak was in the same place where last year they replaced a valve component. I expressed on the call that I thought it would be a warranty repair. THAT is the only reason I agreed to have them come out. As it turns out it was not related to the valve and thus I was responsible for the repair. Which was fair and have no problem paying. And regardless of whether or not I was told up front, it is not a customer friendly policy. One that I would not have accepted if not for the possibility of warranty coverage. And one that i will not accept moving forward. And no, Donna R., I'm not calling the office to discuss. I don't need to hear you explain the policy again. It is what it is. Charge your customers all you want. If they don't care, good for you. I care.
