All I wanted was a trim for my hair, but the lady sat me down and brushed my hair l, didn't even part it and cut it dry. She said that she was going to cut the rest after she washed me. For reference I have very frizzy hair when you brush out the curls. Well she washed my hair and then dryed it and didn't even attempt to cut my hair even. The lady that took me was young (prob around 20) but said she had been cutting hair for about 2 years. She was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was clean and professional. However, my haircut is mediocre at best. I know it's all one length and it is hard to get it perfect but a bob should be all one length and look sharp. This haircut clearly has two layers, is lopsided, and my underside is longer.

Anjelica (and all of the staff I encountered) were incredibly attentive to what I wanted and went out their way to make the experience comfortable. I decided to try it out for a cut and color before a trip south to visit family. I wanted a dramatic change so I requested a senior stylist and made an appointment with Mileena for cut and color, and Karlie for brow wax and tint. I had shoulder length dark blonde/light brown hair with lighter blonde highlights but I missed having bold hair. I mentioned when I scheduled I was thinking about going cool red/purple with a peachy money piece and they passed the note to my stylist. Mileena already had an idea in mind when I sat down. She mixed 3 colors for the perfect red and off we went. She was so sweet to talk to, and everyone in the salon had a great vibe. When we first finished I wasn't thrilled with the money piece (my roots rebelled the peach) and we game planned to try a pink overlay to fix the neon orange tones. Took just a little longer and I felt so bad asking for a change but Mileena wanted this project to be perfect! And it turned out amazing. She is INCREDIBLE, I'm so happy with my hair! Karlie was also very wonderful. We game planned the shape of my brow (I sucked at telling her I didn't want them so rounded but she understood) and asked if I preferred wax or threading. I didn't care so she did a mix of both to get the perfect shape, and she tinted my brows a touch darker to match the new tones of my hair. My only complaint is that I just discovered them now and only have time for one more visit before I move to the lower 48. Great hairdressers and brow stylists are hard to find!

She bleached my roots only and cost $150, had some toner $60 and cut $55. I did Anticipate at least $200 for services, however it was a bit pricey for what I got. I asked for a basic cut, took about 30 mins for 2.5 inches off with layers...When finished, I loved my hair color from the light in the salon. So pleased, it looked solid! However when I came home I could still see a noticeable band from where the roots were bleached to the rest of my hair, so it definitely wasn't well blended and not worth $210 dollars in product. I was willing to pay to have that happen but unfortunately it fell short. My complaint is not the price, good service comes with a higher price.. I just wished the finished product would have been worth the price and been blended better. I get my hair done a lot and this was just a bit disappointing, knowing that the color band is very noticeable and I'm just not pleased.
