The team were not only responsive at 10:30pm when we called but delivered a great golf cart that accommodated 6 even though we booked for 4. We were able to make friends by the pool and invited them along since we had extra space. We are used to having to go to a storefront to pick up the rental during normal operating hours but they told us not to worry to stay in the pool and they would drop off at no additional charge at any hotel or location when we were ready. Yeah I too wish I had seen the reviews before I rented. The equipment is old and poorly cared for. One scooter looked like it had been in an accident. We got pulled over by the cops because the plates were invalid, but as we were just renting they let us go. It's like when all the other rental companies upgrade their equipment this place buys the old stuff and just runs it until the things fall apart. read more

Spoke on the phone and they were quite nice. We asked where to meet and they said out outside of the cruise port. Well, it actually is a couple blocks over in front of a resort. We had reserved 2 carts for 9:00 am. They don't answer the phone until then and we had no clue where to exactly meet. He showed up at 9:15 with one cart and then had to run, literally, back to get the other one. It arrived at 9:45. The 6 seater was fine, our 4 seater not so much. i was a little nervous first bc they dont have an address...they bring the cart to you, so there's hardly a chance to get it earlier than the reservation time. Once the car was brought to me it was a breeze to drive and i had no issues with it. Carts are a must if you have older people with you and limited time (cruises). Wish I had seen these reviews before using them. The cart they delivered had multiple problems. The steering had at least a 1/4 turn play. So I had to keep turning left and right just to keep it in the center of the road. The auto drive engage did not always work when I pressed the pedal. Sometimes taking up to a minute before it would go all the while people were honking behind me. Sometimes when it did engage it sounded like a belt slipping and squealed terribly. The brakes did not work very well I had to start stopping 30-40 feet before and I had to use both feet. I can deal with those. The kicker was the parking brake was super hard to engage and sometimes it would disengage without warning. I found I had to get off the cart and use my hand to try and make it work while keeping my foot on the brake. On 7/20 we had parked in the public parking by Mallory square. Again I had to use my hand to set it. As my wife and I walked away I heard it release. I looked around and saw it rolling towards a really nice dodge ram truck about to hit it. My wife and I ran back to stop it from rolling. During that the cart ran into my wife and cut and bruised her leg. I had sent them a text the day before 7/19 about the parking brake and again on 7/20 with pictures of the cuts. I heard nothing back. No text, no call, nothing. The gentleman that I corresponded with on facebook was very cordial and happy with the arrangements we made. I even called them when we landed in Key West to arrange a time and a place to be picked up. We went and waited for a while and then the lady that I was with noticed their golf cart. She went to talk to him and the gentleman inquired if we were the one that ordered a 6-man golf cart, I said no we ordered a 4 seater. He then said that he had other people that came up and needed golf cart and he flat out told us that he had given our golf cart away to other people. I then questioned why..he walked away from us, called his office and came back and said that since I didn't pay for it ahead of time they had the choice to give my golf cart away. Risky Booking... Before I booked with them, I checked out multiple reviews. Some of the older reviews were bad, but I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, and the more recent reviews seemed positive. To my dismay, the negative reviews were exactly what happened to us. I booked an electric vehicle for a week to be delivered to the Key West airport on Saturday at 4:30 pm. We received a gas-powered golf cart that was not listed on their site. When I asked the delivery driver, he said the gas-powered one was better because few places in town charge the electric one (which uses a regular electric outlet). I accepted it because we didn't have another option then and had already paid in full. There were no instructions for operating this vehicle, and the delivery driver said to contact him if we had any issues. We drove the vehicle to our hotel, with it sputtering and jerking the whole way. We drove it that day, thinking it was just us. Finally, on Sunday, we messaged the delivery guy, who said he could trade us out for an electric one and would message us when the vehicle was available, around 1 pm. At 1:30, I messaged him to see if he had any information on the new car, to which he responded: "I already delivered it." I went out to double-check, and there was no new cart. I notified him of this, and he asked when we would be in town. I told him we were going into town for dinner, and he asked me to message him. When we got into town, I messaged him, and he said we needed to bring the current cart to some hotel to switch it out. I told him that was not acceptable, and then his demeanor changed. He then said that we would need to go through the office, which I tried to call - at 6:30 pm - as they are scheduled to be open until 8:00 pm. There was no answer, and their system would not accept messages. I sent them an email explaining the entire situation. On Monday morning, I received a message that the delivery guy was bringing me an electric cart and should be there around 9:00 am. He did, and there were no problems (other than a difficult storage opening latch) - for a few days! The electric car worked great that day and on Tuesday. We charged it to full on Wednesday morning; and drove it around on Wednesday. On Thursday, we did not drive it at all. Then, on Friday, we started driving it (it still had more than half a charge), and it began to lose power as I drove. The top speed is 25; as I was driving, the maximum speed dropped to 20. We stopped for a little while, and when we started moving again, the top speed dropped to 15. We pulled over and called for assistance. We waited an hour, and the delivery guy brought us a gas-powered golf cart. This one drove okay, but we did not feel we could depend on the carts from this company. We opted to rent a car for the day. We called the company and told them that we would return their cart a day early. They said we had to return it on Friday at 4:30 pm anyway. We informed them that we had rented it for a week, so it was due on Saturday by 4:30 pm. They said that they would issue a refund for the early return. After clarifying where they wanted to pick it up, we took it back to the hotel, and their delivery guy came to pick it up. We have yet to receive any refund. read more

Although we've rentemted with this company on multiple prior occasions, it isn't until THIS TRIP that we found they don't maintenance their vehicles, leaving you stranded and unsafe! For this very reason and impact, I suggest no one use them. I'm 4 days, we've had multiple issues that are a result of gold carts not being maintained. Now on our final night, we have a blown tire because it's worn to the radials. We're stranded in the state park, can't reach the owner and our final night of catching sunset pictures ruined. They would not refund money even though the scooter they delivered had no brakes, swapped it out for one that wouldn't stay started and was completely unsafe. Delivered a third scooter (all in a two day time period) that was clearly stolen or something.. they had spray painted it black all over, seats rip, lights glued on... we didn't even touch that scooter and they charged us $50 a day for 10 days!!!! Our first golf cart had a low battery so we went ahead and drove into Duval Street and once we were there the gentleman when he brought the cart to the hotel stated he would switch us out to a new one. Like they say, if it's too good to be true, it probably is. Don't believe the trip advisor reviews. The price was right and I was already in key west when I did a quick search for a rental scooter. I should have checked the yelp reviews. First off, I am thankful for them providing me with a scooter and delivering it a day early, which was my mistake when I called them. However, when the guy dropped it off it was like I was inconveniencing him. Sorry bro it was your day off, but next time just let me know my rental isn't available until the day I booked, rather than trying to make me feel some kind of way. Then he just rushed off without orienting me to the thing at all. Glad I know about scooters and bikes already. Now to the POS scooter. One front turn signal bulb was completely out of the socket, the scooter didn't want to start half the time, it was brought to me with no gas, though it takes nothing to fill it up, one tail light signal was physically hanging, the key wouldn't turn without some kind of play. There is NO COMMUNICATION at all! A friend and I decided to do a day trip to Key West from Sanford. In the rental of the 2 scooters we requested to have them dropped off to us at the airport. We called when we landed and the person who answered mentioned it would take 20 minutes for them to pick us up and bring us to their facility for the rental (that was not what we requested). We waited 45 minutes and still no one showed up. We took a taxi to the store front, a 7 minute drive (No one there) called and called and called until someone answered. The person that answered said they dropped the scooters off at the airport the night prior for us (How would we have known that if no one told us that????) and the same person does not answer every time you call and does not know what the other employees are doing. They had to go back to the airport, pick up the scooters and bring them to us and this took forever. Our plane landed at 915am and we did not get on the road and starting our daytrip until after 1130am. When they dropped the scooters off to us they did not turn the scooters on, just dropped them, took our credit card info and left (one of the scooter would not turn on, I called and they would not turn around and help us out. We figured it out. I give 1 star because when we finally got on the road we had a great time and the scooters worked, but they are in rough shape! Our hotel hooked us up with this company since they deliver right to our hotel and we leave it there when we are done too. The scooters were older but cute. We had them for 24hours and only wanted them for day travels since our hotel shuttle was not as often as we would like and why not get a scooter and have some fun. All day they worked great and had no complaints. After the sunset we wanted to drive back, drop them off so we could drink. On our way home I notice my head light didn't work and I had to use the brights to have a head light and my boyfriends scooter tail lights were not working either. I had to drive behind him the whole way home to make sure he didn't get rear ended. They offer 24hour service but we were done with them after we dropped them off. Just upsetting they didn't check the scooters for proper safety conditions before renting them out. Because our safety could have been an issues that's why they only get two stars. read more

Rented scooter through hotel, they dropped off old, run down scooter. Mirrors practically falling off. Had full tank of gas according to gauge. Drove scooter just a few hours within Key West then at night time on way home scooter just stops running as we are driving it. Barely did more than 10-15 miles. Not sure if it was gas issue, motor issue, no idea! Called hotel, they sent us a cab and paid the bill. Rented it for 24 hours so I wanted a refund because my hours weren't up and because it broke down. Company did not call us next day to see what happened. I had to call them twice to ask for refund, they only gave me partial one and had no sympathy for the breakdown nor reason at all that it happened. Seemed to care less. We rented an electric car through our hotel. We learned our back lights and turn signal did not work. After only a few miles, the battery went from half life to empty and we walked back to our hotel. We were delivered a second car with no rear view mirrors, two broken side mirrors, torn seats and a lock box with no lock. We will select a different company next time. read more
