Amazing airbrushed spray tans! Regarding the reviews that say otherwise, I don't think those people knew how to prep and maintain their tans. I went in for an airbrushed spray tan, a week ago, and I still have great even color. I had no streaking at all. I was not orange and received compliments all week. Lisa listened to what I wanted and was very knowledgeable and professional. I have been to about a half dozen different places for spray tanning. Let me start by saying this place is awesome! I have a family member who used to tan here before moving away and referred me! So I went in and talked to a very helpful and knowledgable employee by the name of Sarah I believe! I have never tanned before so I knew nothing go into island tanning! I didn't know what beds to tan in for what color I wanted or what each bed did! Sarah was able to answer all of my questions with no hesitation and was able to educate me before tanning my first time! She was very professional, polite, and made me feel like I was important! Im very upset with this tanning salon. I don't write comments on places as I normally never have issues. I went in and got an airbrush by one of the employees, Devin and was very upset with how i was treated, and the result of my spray tan. Devin was so concerned with her cell phone before my tan, she hardly acknowledged me. She was clearly upset at whatever was on her cell phone as she hurried my spray tan to get back out to her cell phone. I asked her to do another coat and she had the worst attitude and acted like i was her last priority. Like i said, I don't normally complain, but if im going to pay $45 for a custom spray tan, I would like it to come out nicely and be treated like a customer, not an annoyance. read more

I've been coming here for a couple years now. Reasonably priced. Always clean. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. I've only used the 20min beds but before finding this place it was hard to find beds with optional facial tanning. read more

I only tan once a year before I go on vacation just to get some color. I use a basic bed and I get unlimited tanning for a month. Lisa is the one who usually waits on me and she is always friendly and upbeat. She even remembered my name after the second time I was there. The place is clean, I like that every room I go into has a radio and a fan and they provide the eye protection and a towel. I like supporting local businesses and I think you should go here if you are looking for a nice place to tan plus they are open on Sundays. Great job!!! read more

Checked the hours online yesterday & planned to arrive this morning right at 8:00am to do the mystic spray tan; I've been once before to this location and had a great experience. At 8:10am I thought the person opening the store might just be running late. I saw 2 other customers come, park, wait & leave. The sign on the door notes that the store will be closed tomorrow for July 4th. I planned my morning around driving out here to tan; I live about 20 miles away and have multiple options of tanning salons. I waited until 8:30am because I really was hoping someone would show up to open the store. I just recommended this place to my mom & told her all the positive yelp reviews I had read. I waited until today to get my mystic so I would have a great tan for the holiday. Very disappointing. read more

I was told that this salon was a nice and friendly salon to try after my last salon closed down, but I really wish I didnt waste my time. I bought 4 sessions and 3 visits to this salon was enough to make me never go back. The first time I went in, a blonde girl, Devin was behind the desk. I go into my bed and get in, only to realize its dirty. I can literally feel and see lotion marks from the person who was in it previously. I go back up front and ask Devin if she could put me in a different bed, she just said she would re-clean it. No problems, Im about to get in my bed and I hear her on the phone, telling someone that a "b**** of a client just made me reclean a bed that wasnt dirty." Now how is that professional? Next time I went in, i told a member of the staff about my experience and she apologized and said she would inform her manager, Lisa. Well someone must have put a note in my account because the third time I went in, Devin was working again and was not happy to see me. She wouldnt really look at me when putting me into a bed and kept texting on her phone when I was in front of her. When I walked out, she rudely asked if my bed was clean enough this time and gave me a very dirty look. I have a session left, but dont even want to go back. The second person i Saw was kind, but two bad experiences with the same person has really just made me very upset. I now tan at another salon here in Redlands, and havent been treated poorly once. read more

This is by far the best tanning salon I have ever been to. Super clean beds. Always ready to use. Employees are super nice and always helpful. I've tanned at many different salons in the past but once I found island tanning, I will never go any where else again. read more

I've been a few times. Place is very clean and front desk employees are always nice. I use the lay down bed thing for twelve minutes it seems to get the job done. I've notice after I go ill look a little buffer lol love this place will be going back. I would definitely recommend going 5 stars says it all. read more

I got a monthly membership at this place after visiting other tanning places and i chose this one because all the girls that work there are so friendly. my first visit there the girl walked me threw and showed me there different tanning booths and beds. she was very nice every time i go. there's like 3 different girls and they are all friendly the place is clean i got a good tan. theres nothing negative to say about this place. read more

I have been going there for about a month and love it for the most part. I normally go in the morning or Tuesday and Friday evenings. However, for the first time I went on a Monday night and had a horrible experience. I love all of the girl so far that I have encountered. On this Monday the girl was EXTREMELY rude! Took a personal phone call while helping me and made me wait almost 5 minutes till she got off to continue helping me. Then my bed wouldn't start and I had to go out and tell her to start it and she was again on her phone. I will not go back if that girl is working there. This makes me sad because I absolutely love Lisa, Amanda, Katie, and Devyn. I hope I dont have to find another place to go to because of this girl but I wont put up with that kind of service and attitude! read more

I recently visited your location on Thursday 04/23. I purchased a mystic tan for myself and a friend. When I was done I noticed streaks of blue all down both of my legs. When I pointed this out to the receptionist she apologized and asked the lady who does the airbrush tanning to fix it. I appreciated this. However, the next day my legs looked HORRIBLE. The backs of my legs were at least three shades darker then the front, there was still streaks all down the bottom of my legs, and my feet had big splotches that looked like run down around my ankles. I went back in Friday morning to show what had happened to me. I got this done for an outdoor festival and ended up having to wear pants in the heat all weekend because of how bad it looked. I called on Monday and asked if I could be refunded my money because of how bad it was, (the receptionist also said numerous times that this has NEVER happened before) and she said she would have to talk to the owner and would give me a call back. It is now Wednesday and I have yet to hear back from anyone. read more
