This review is for the bar only. The bartender was as expected given previous reviews. My companion asked what kind of beers they had and the bartender said they have so many beers. He asked for a dark Mexican beer and she said we don't have anything like that. She listed off some common domestics, at which point he ordered a Corona. It was an odd exchange. I wouldn't even give our experience a rating. We've started coming here since they opened in 2019. But haven't come in the last two years, as we were told they were having problems! This experience on 4/12/26 was horrible! We only went there to view the Cocoa Beach Airshow, which was a bust. Then, our food was terrible, service was terrible - Took us 1 hour to get our food and 1/2 hour to get our drinks and there were only two full tables upstairs. When paying my $58 bill, I put $80 in the folder and our bartender thought that was her tip. HELL NO! After she put the change in her tip jar and thanked me, I requested change, as she didn't even ask! WTH! Will never go back!!! Had greasy onion rings and philly cheesesteak that my husband said tasted funny! This restaurant is not well accepted in the community even though the view is great! read more

We wanted to go see the air show and decided to check out this restaurant since it was close to the beach where all the action was. We enjoyed the crowd on the outdoor patio, everyone was excited to see the planes. The servers were friendly and the food and drinks were great. We had the smoked fish dip, blackened grouper sandwich and a grilled chicken. Very tasty beach eats. This restaurant is on the water and was a fun experience to see the boats and planes. read more

I stopped by to watch my friend play in her band. When the band took their break, the bar food they had ordered looked pretty good. I decided to go with the Chicken Wings in Bourbon sauce with Bleu Cheese dressing for the veggies. 8 MEATY, JUICY and TENDER wings arrived and the Bourbon sauce was VERY GOOD. $12 is a pretty reasonable price for Wings along the beach. The server was prompt to offer another entree and courteous during the entire meal. There were only a few of us on Easter Monday afternoon. The fried haddock sandwich was okay. This strikes me as a place for a younger drinking crowd with separate Tiki bars, and way too loud *for old folks* music. read more

Typical burger toppings - not the out of the ordinary stuff you see on burger heavy menus but a good option for those who don't eat seafood. Salad - Huge! And nicely presented. Another non-seafood eater, but she was happy. Fried Oysters - Plump and a good portion for an appetizer. Served w a chipotle mayo. Poke - there's a dish and a bowl. The dish comes w seaweed salad. The bowl really isn't a bowl - it comes w rice and beans and a small amount of seaweed salad. The pile of tiny cubed Ahi was plentiful and fresh. Fish Sandwich - one person got it without the roll and it was a large piece of fish. Fried w a light coating and served w chips or fries. Both ladies said the fish was delicious and they planned on coming back and ordering that again. Shrimp Taco - comes w 2. The shrimp were blackened and the sauce on them was a mango salsa that was very refreshing. I would get that as an appetizer, but as far as a meal it was a little small for my appetite. The place is huge and has lots of outside water view areas to sit. They have all the popular frozen drinks, beer, wine and full bar. Bottom Line: I plan on going back and it's def someplace I'd take out of towners when they want to sit and eat waterside. read more

The outdoor views of the marina are very nice. The staff is very friendly! The crab cakes were very expensive ($38!!!!) and I would have preferred more of an Old Bay seasoning on them than the one they chose, and the stuffed shrimp was cold not hot. Also, the Maryland Crab Soup tasted exactly like Campbell's Vegetarian Soup, sprinkled with Old Bay, and some shredded crab thrown-in for $10 a bowl!!! The portions could be bigger! I would like to try some of their other offerings to see if they are served hot and tasty because the view is calling me, and my girlfriend's back, and the staff are very friendly! read more

We came down here on a business trip and I can say that by far the food here is absolutely FRICKING great!! My coworkers and tried majority of this restaurants menu and its melt in your mouth delicious! I am very picky when it comes to my food. We sat at the upstairs deck and the view was nice but there were powerlines and another building that created an obstruction. The food and drinks were OK. I wouldn't eat next time I came. We stopped at this place while visiting Cocoa Beach. As we were driving, we were trying to figure out which restaurant could have a good deck seating and a view of the water and this was a perfect guess. The back and the top floors are just amazing. Several different seating options, very colorful decor, some activities in the backyard, we find it to be very pleasant sunset spot. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly, but food was just ok. I ordered fish tacos, I didn't particularly like them due to too much seasoning for my taste. I believe if fish is fresh you should be able to taste the fish..with salt and all the seasoning it could have been anything. Again personal preference. We normally eat up on the deck and the service is great. Today we had guests over for the week and had to eat in the main dining room. The wait staff at our table was in training without a training supervisor checking on her. Our water and drinks ran out and we had to call another staff member to get us water. The server also said it was happy hour and drinks were half off. In fact only certain drinks were half off as we learned when the check came. We also ran out of drinks a third time and our staff member was on her phone and chatting with other employees, she even went out the side door to avoid our table. The owner was not much better refusing to give us the drinks at any kind of discount. I can go on but you get the point. We will never return to this restaurant and absolutely never take our guests there. read more

So disappointed that we didn't find this place sooner! I had no idea this hidden gem was hiding here in Cocoa Beach! A neighbor mentioned to us to check this place out and we are so glad we did. Unfortunately we waited till our last night in town to swing in for a drink and check it out. You would have no idea this is hiding behind the front doors. Waterfront views of the river. Open outdoor two level seating with a large inside bar and dining area as well. Great historic memorabilia about Cocoa Beach spread throughout the bar. Came here and sat on the top deck for a sunset. Great environment and decent view if you can ignore the power lines and parking lots. However the service was not good. Our drink order was wrong, and when asked to fix it we were given attitude. I ordered a burger with no cheese (slightly lactose intolerant) cooked medium. Burger came out with cheese so I sent it back. When it came back I found that they scraped the cheese off and flipped the patty (there was still some cheese on the underside). I ignored it figuring it wouldn't affect me. The burger was cooked well done, and tasted like I was licking a dirty grill. My mom also ordered a cup of their lobster bisque and they never brought it out. I would recommend going somewhere else in the area if you want to listen to music and sit on the water. read more

First off, it's a bar that serves food, so if you're looking for top quality fare, go to another place. That said, the food is fine. I came with a large group on a Tuesday night and everyone enjoyed their meals. Not great, but good enough. Karaoke was a hoot. The place was packed, very noisy, but lots of fun. Great service, atmosphere and activities. We need more places you can boat to, so this is a great addition to the area. If you want a rum and Coke, bring your own Coke. They serve Pepsi. read more

My wife and I live locally, so we always like to check out new places owned locally. Experiences have been good with one irritating item; Happy hour. Their menu states it's from 11-7. Great! House wine? Half off the usual price (5.00) So do the math-that's 2.50-Great! Trouble is, each of the times we've been there, the happy hour wine price was NOT 2.50. Once, it was 3.00. Another, it was 3.75! Aaaannd the price of house wine on the menu has been scratched out of the menu. So, is it "spin the wheel of prices" when we go, or were they lying about happy hour being a relative bargain compared to the nearby local-price gouging establishments.(I'm lookin' at you, Sandbar). Will they learn to treat the locals like their best customers? Or are they in it for snowbirds? read more

After the CB Women's March we decided to patronize this restaurant because they were nice enough to offer parking. It took 2 hours for lunch in a restaurant that was pretty empty (full disclosure, I didn't see if the upstairs deck was crowded). The wait staff couldn't seem to figure out who was going to serve us. It took an inordinate amount of time to order drinks, food, more drinks etc. The food was fine but I wouldn't return based just on the service. Our bills we not correct and again it took a long time to remedy the problem. I paid with cash and decided to intercept our server on the way out to receive my change. I was standing by the inside bar when the bartender barked at me whether I needed anything. Her attitude just added to the tone of our visit. I'm not sure if the staff was offended by our obviously partisan clothing and signs (since we came straight from the march). Regardless, all in all it was not a pleasurable experience. read more

My wife and I go here once or twice a week and the service and food are always good, but for St Patrick's day we went there thinking that we would get great corn beef and cabbage. Not. I would like to thank James and Pam for accommodating my Family and Friends as we came together for our vacation this last weekend. I would like to thank Anthony and Molly for helping us with the boat rentals. And I would like to thank the entire wait staff, with the exclusion of Jesse. Jesse does not have the temperament and self-control to be working in the service industry. On our final night he talked down, and in an exceedingly loud voice, to our entire table, which included my Children and my eight-year-old Grandson who were all taken back by his overly rude and abrupt attitude during this busy night. I was extremely angered by his actions and took special note to include his actions while writing this review as a warning to others to avoid having him put any blemishes on your experience at Island Time because this really is a great place!
