He's super sweet and helpful and has a handsome face which is good for customers to see when they first walk in. It always sets a good impression when the person that greets you presents themselves well. If it wasn't for him I would give 3 stars for the products they sell. Because they have a pretty good variety. However, if you're part of their five stars program, take note that if you get a reward, they're only honored IF you spend a certain amount of money. For example, on your app it will say you were rewarded $5 on a non tobacco item and that's all it says. When you go to check out they will tell you that you have to spend $30 to get your reward... it should say that on the app then. Sounds like a rule a money hungry boss would make. Not cool! The guy working tonight was super apologetic and understood my frustration so that was really nice. I may come back just for him!

Their selection of cigars is vast and all the sticks I have had were fresh and at the right humidity. However, many of the cigars do not have a price-tag. They need to be sure every cigar type/size is accurately priced and labeled. Nobody wants to be surprised at the cash register, and needlessly put in an unnecessary and awkward situation.
