It's one of those places where you walk in and just kind of want to look around for a bit. They do have pipes, but they're all jammed together in a cabinet, so it's tough to actually see what's there. Definitely could organize or display those better. If you're a hardcore pipe person, that part's a little disappointing. But the vibe overall is great. When I pulled up, there were people outside sipping wine and smoking cigars, and you can hang out inside too. Very chill place to relax with a drink and a cigar. Cool shop, worth checking out -- just not a destination for pipe enthusiasts.

The VMotion is clearly not a torch designed to support a 30 second burn to heat a quartz nail; it's a lighter designed to quickly ignite loose leaf products. I did two sessions with my rig yesterday and, after a balky start, the unit I purchased functioned but burned through its entire fuel reservoir in the 60 seconds I had it running. I tried the unit again tonight and now it won't even spark into a consistent flame. It's pretty much dead; I've literally had it running for less than 5 total minutes of continuous ignition. I won't hold the retailer accountable for a product it didn't manufacture. I will, however, hold Purple Haze up as not reputable for its staff failing to advise me against a purchase.

The employees that work for Purple Haze at almost all of there storms are rude and un-knowledgeable when it comes to pips and water pieces. The prices are crazy expensive you can find the same thing online for half what they want. Most of the time when you come in to there shop in a good mood you leave in a bad one. If you want to take a picture of something you might buy they yell and tell you no picture allowed. Very cool bar area and a retail shop up front that screams, "buy me something here for Father's Day!" Not the best selection in the world, but I was able to get an Oliva Series V, so I was happy. Maybe the only downside is that they don't have a liquor license for Bourbon, but hey, they had Guinness and I know those licenses are expensive. I wish we had a Towne Centre Tobacco & Wine in my town! Great work.
