The swing onsite was quite rickety and could have used more outdoor seating. But the outside of the building is so pretty! When we walked inside, we were blown away - all of our eyes went straight up to the ceiling. It is so bright and vibrant inside! There is a gift shop and the check-in desk at the entrance, and the doors lead to a lounge area and the restaurant. It was pretty quiet for lunch, but that worked well for our large group! There is quite a bit of seating, and all have awesome views of the space. I opted for wild rice soup and a unique club sandwich with brie and jam and enjoyed both. The soup could have been a bit hotter and more spiced, but still great. Other folks in our group were so-so on their meals - not life-changing, but still a good lunch!

We told him there was 4 of us. He pointed at a table and walked away and we sat down. He came back with 3 waters. Never brought another water. Refilled the ones we had, but never brought a 4th. We did not have other drinks. Then my friend and I decided to split an entree. 3 times he said he would bring an extra plate. The extra plate never came. When you first enter, you grab a menu, sit wherever is open, and order at the register which is a different set-up but worked well for them. Our 1st visit, I ordered the seafood chowder and fried chicken dinner which were both phenomenal. Every spoonful of the chowder was filled with clams and fish. The portion size of the extra crispy fried chicken fed me for 2 nights. I left there so satisfied! When we came back for breakfast, I had another delicious meal of the avocado toast with balsamic glaze. I would definitely come back here for the delicious food next time we road trip up North again.
