It was a challenge to get a service call the first time but this time was even worse. After 3 weeks of me repeatedly calling and being told we would be seen "the next time" they were up in our area it wasn't until I emailed the manufacture's customer service and cc'd Paramount that I actually got a response. I heard from the manufacturer quickly and had a service visit the next day. Paramount wasn't really sure what the issue was, thought it might be a board and said I needed to get the part directly from the manufacturer (tub is under warranty) or I could pay $950 and they'd get the part from their supplier??? To top things off, I had to give my cc number to initiate the service call, i asked how much would be charged, told $157 but was then charged an extra $100 for travel. Should have been contacted before additional $$ put on my cc. I'd encourage folks to look around for a company with a much better after purchase service record.
