In late 2023, I began working with Neil and his company, Automation Sensation. I was building a…read morehome in Palm Beach Gardens, and I hired Neil to pre-wire my home and fulfill all of my Audio/Video needs. In the beginning, Neil was extremely responsive. Soon thereafter, Neil began to have many personal issues and other excuses that led to him not showing up at my home. Throughout construction, my contractor became very frustrated with Neil and stopped working with him. There were a couple occasions when Neil's men had installed ceiling speakers that were not properly aligned with my high hats, which my contractor had to relocate. Other subs, who needed Neil for various low voltage work, told me that Neil would not return their calls. Following installation, I had a lengthy punch list that took months for Neil to complete. Some items were never completed. At one point, I went over a month without a television in my Great Room, because Neil wouldn't return to relocate the cable box which should have never been installed in this location. Additionally, per other Audio/Video companies I have since worked with, they were all surprised that Neil never hardwired the televisions in my house for cable, only to be supported by WiFi. For months on end, I sent perhaps 100 texts to Neil, requesting that he return to my home to complete the job. Often, Neil did not reply, but when he did, he usually said, "I'll get back to you when I'm at my office to check my schedule...I'm in a meeting....I'm driving right now and will get back to you...". For the most part, these lack of replies began shortly after I made my final payment to Neil. Neil continued to string me along for nearly nine months, promising that he would get back to me and return to my home to finish the job. Although I was extremely frustrated with Neil, I never took it out on him, hoping to remain in good graces so that he would return to my house and complete this job. Finally, I gave up on Neil and hired another company to wrap up the issues and items which Neil should have completed. Upon inspection of my new equipment, it was determined that among the Sonos amps which Neil had installed, one was several years old. The subwoofer he installed was a lower quality than the model in his proposal. Additionally, several of the Lutron switches installed were outdated. At this point, I have no choice but to take Neil to small claims court to recoup the costs for the equipment Neil should have installed and for the work he did not complete. Never have I worked with any company that has caused me as much stress and frustration than my experience with Neil. It comes as no surprise that I would never recommend Neil's services to anyone.

His painter told us we bought the wrong paint and told my husband to purchase KILZ primer to use as paint for our walls in our house. There are line marks, drip stains everywhere! Michael promised us a $1500 coupon on future services, but he never answers our phone calls and takes a day to respond to our texts. Meanwhile, our roommates' moving company delivered all their furniture into our ruined home. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY unless it's electrical.

Exceptional job!…read more Turns out I had been living with a 17 year old air conditioner that was pulling way too much power, as well as constantly dripping (which I learned was due to the previous "service" company's failure to install the replacement air handler properly). The gentleman who looked over the system was very helpful in explaining his recommendations (a 16 SEER Rheem... which is one is the more reasonably priced units! Yay!) The crew of two from Complete were on time, courteous, very competent and definitely complete in the delivery of the unit and it's installation. It was a sweltering day and they had to work out in the heat. But they took the time necessary to do the job right. They removed the old unit and took it away. They installed the new unit and did some extra work that wasn't on the work order to do the job the way it should be done. And they cleaned up everything. They also took care of getting me the rebates and credits which were deducted from the invoice total. (Don't you just hate sending in whatever to get the rebate for your purchase. Maybe the deduction from the invoice is normal... just glad it was all taken care of, though.) It has been two weeks and the unit performs quietly and even seems to maintain the desired temperature better. At least I am not constantly "fiddling" with the thermostat like before. If you appreciate knowing what is appropriate for your circumstance, why it is and caring workmanship... check with Complete.
