My son had a lower and upper tongue tie and our pediatrician referred us to Dayspring Laser Dentistry. At this point Gavin was only 2 weeks old. I was a total nervous wreck about he procedure. From the moment we walked in a felt at ease. Dr. Kathy Bickel explained the benefits of the procedure and answered all of my questions thoroughly and her sincerity and gentle nature made me feel comfortable leaving my little guy in her hands. The procedure was quick and little Gavin was not at all fazed by the experience. Dr. Bickle took care to show me exactly how to perform the port surgery excersises. Our follow up visit was just as pleasant. The whole staff was comforting and supportive. I recommend this practice 100%. Our 4 week old son is healing nicely and I am very grateful for how well we were all treated. I am very impressed with the office manager Beth she is knowledgeable about your insurance and is willing to answer your questions and even take the extra time to seek information out for you. Dr. Bickel and his staff has provided excellent care for my daughter from both the medical procedures and empathy for her emotional loss of a tooth. He even worked with our insurance company to insure my daughter's procedure went as smoothly as possible. First let me start by saying, I hate going to the dentist. Never liked it one bit, but, when you gotta go, you gotta go. So I went today on a recommendation from a friend and I have to say that my experience was incredible. I recently became a patient of this practice & I could not be happier. I went in for my cleaning & X-rays. I get very anxious before any dental procedures. I was amazed after the visit! It was not uncomfortable or painful, I was extremely happy when I was finished. Then I went back to have a frenectomy done. I highly recommend Dayspring if you want quality work. I had a chip on my front tooth for many years Dr Matt fixed it so well when I got home I couldn't tell which tooth it was.
