Yes, I saw the 'towing' sign in the iSmile lot, but didn't think they'd really tow @ 9:00 pm on a Saturday night when the dental office was dark. But, yes...they did tow my car. I understand restricting your lot to your staff & patients during your open hours, but towing when you're closed? That's just not friendly or neighborly at all. I'll look elsewhere for my cleanings and certainly will be sharing my story.

Dr. Pastiu is very calm and gentle, when he explains something he does so with care and concern. The office itself is clean and modern. It is sometimes freezing in there, so take that into consideration. I find the price to be very reasonable for a cleaning, and they don't try to force any extra services onto me. I don't have insurance so it's important to me to be able to pay cash at a reasonable price.

If appointments are being confirmed, insurance verification should already be completed not handled after patients arrive and wait. I will say the dental hygienist Lexi was great professional and kind, and the girls behind the counter which I appreciated. However, Dr. Cohen's demeanor and mannerisms came across as rude and dismissive, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Based on repeated issues with scheduling, confirmation, and poor professionalism, I would not recommend this office. Lexi and the girls behind the counter were kind and professional. Once that meeting was completed, I was told I would have to wait another hour to see the dentist again because I had been moved to the back of the line behind four other patients. I don't understand how someone with a scheduled appointment is treated like a walk-in because of delays caused by the office's own process. When I expressed my concerns, the office manager was dismissive and acted as if I was being unreasonable for not wanting to spend several hours at the office for a scheduled appointment. To make matters worse, when I asked the financial coordinator what prescription I would be receiving, his response was, "I don't know, I'm not a doctor." While I understand he may not know the answer, the response came across as unprofessional and unhelpful. A simple offer to check with the dentist would have been appreciated.

I had an appointment with Dr Cregar to look at a tooth that another dentist wouldn't remove, as he…read moredid not handle those services. After a root canal and two caps, I was at my wits end. From the moment I walked in the door everyone was extremely welcoming. My initial visit was just to see if Dr Cregar could extract the tooth given its location & complexity. He is a personable guy that you can easily relate to. After the exam, he made some adjustments on the tooth to make it more comfortable until extraction. They were able to get me in quickly and of course I was a bit uneasy. Dr Cregars assistant was very calming and struck up a pleasant conversation. They made me as comfortable as possible & continuously asked how I was doing. Everything went well and I look forward to the ongoing care of my teeth with Dr Cregar & his professional team. We were told our daughter might have a tongue and/or lip tie, at the hospital, at her pediatrician's office, and then by our lactation consultant. We were hopeful to be able to resolve it, but also a little nervous about the procedure. Dr. Bickel went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable, explaining everything, answering our questions, and just being a truly personable and approachable practitioner. That goes a long way, especially when it comes to people working with our child! We plan to return for the procedure, and were delighted to see all of the positive reviews here. I will be sure to update my review if it is anything less that 5 stars, but we have confidence in Dr. Bickel and her team!
