If you are looking for a non disposable vape, stay away. Everything they sell here are brands I never heard of and then one I bought did not work. I checked it as soon as I got to my car and did not work and when I went back to return it was told to contact the manufacturer. PS, do not lose your vape at DW, even if they find it they keep it. Sofia is the shop attendant that attended my friend's and I. She was so unwelcoming to us. Very poor customer service. We asked her questions and she could not be bothered. Then proceeded to either ignore us or be very short with us. It wasn't close to closing time so it could not have been that. It's a 24 hour open place. I would not recommend this place if you want to talk to any one or maybe talk to somebody else but not Sofia. Place was nice inside but customer service left us with a bad taste in our mouths. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I don't write reviews. I have never gotten so pissed off at a person or company in my life. Long story short, I'm on vacation and wanted a small bubbler piece that would be discreet. I went to 4 different smoke shops. I walk into this shop, music was blasting so loud I couldn't even hear what she was saying right in my ear. On a Tuesday night. Who is blaring music so loud on a Tuesday night at a smoke shop with no one in it? She didn't even turn it down when I tried asking her questions. When I did ask for for help, she tried demonstrating how to use an "ash catcher" as a bubbler lmfao. It was actually comical. She had no idea about the pieces they sell. This shop had just 1 small glass bubbler that was EXTREMELY overpriced at $30. It was tinged yellow and should've been $15 at most. It was ugly but it was the size I was looking for that I couldn't find elsewhere. I'm on vacation, but I am a Floridian and a seasoned smoker and know what prices are fair and just and when I'm being ripped off. I only purchased it bc I was in a pinch and was done after 4 shops. I get back to the hotel under normal lighting and go to wash it before first use and notice the hole in the bubbler is huge. Big enough to where too much product would be wasted so I didn't use it. I went back to this shop the VERY NEXT DAY NOT EVEN 24 HOURS after purchase with my receipt asking for an exchange for an ash catcher due to not liking the piece and not wanting to use it. I ask how much the ash catcher is I'd like to exchange the bubbler for. She says $35, I paid $30 for the bubbler. I say ok I'd like to exchange this due to not liking the size of the hole in the bowl. SHE LOOKS ME DEAD IN MY FACE AND SAYS "It's been used, it's yellow, I'm a seasoned smoker I know what I'm talking about." First of all if you're saying it's "used" then you sold me a used fucking piece and called me a liar right to my face. That pisses me off more than anything, bc I know I didn't use it. The shop was dimly lit, the music was blasting, I just wanted to get out of there. It wasn't until I got back to the hotel that I realized I couldn't use it with how it was made. So she then calls over a dude saying "Oh see it's used, she wants to exchange it." He's looking at it saying yeah we can't. As I'm getting more and more frustrated he then asks what I paid for the bubbler. I say $30. Then he says the ash catcher is now $40 not $35 bc of the exchange I have to pay more? What in the actual fuck? So I put $5 on the counter grabbed the ash catcher and walked out, meanwhile the woman is screaming out calling me a "fucking bitch" a liar and that I'm stealing. The guy comes out of the shop screaming at the top of his lungs calling me a liar across the parking lot. Again, if the piece was "used" it was used by people other than me, prior to my purchase. I had it in my possession for less than 24 hours, all I did was wash it. It was immaculate other than a yellow tinge that it had when I bought it. This place should be shut down, if not for how they treat people, for how they keep their shop. Clean up the broken glass at least, damn! I hope you read your reviews and know EXACTLY who I am. Way over priced, ninety for a small bag of edibles is ridiculous. The sales women are high pressure (like car salesmen) and get angry if you don't purchase something. I overheard one say that the product actually had an illegal amount of THC, and then when the kid didn't want it, she got ice cold and told him "if you don't want it then leave." Bizarre sales tactic. As everyone here has said, it's just terrible customer service. Finding parking here is also very difficult. Skip this one, it is a bit sketchy. read more

Poor Customer Service. Poor social skills. I went in and bought Vape's and it was defect. The owner of the store would not exchange it and insisted on arguing with me about how the Vape is not defect. Everyone who smokes vapes know, sometimes one out of 10 don't hit with any flavor & taste burnt. Usually a store would reimburse you or exchange it to make a customer happy. This guy was not budging about a $20 Vape, their vapes are trash & the owner shouldn't even own a business when he doesn't know how to run a professional business for client retention. The shop was super neat and clean and they even let me sample some of the products because I'm fairly uneducated about delta 8 and the differences in many types of products that sold everywhere now! Was on vacation from California, we have one of the highest tobacco taxes in the United States. Went in for just a vape. Personally, made a mistake because I didn't ask the price, I gave him 100$ bill and he gave me back 62 dollar. I'm not sure wtf is going on in Florida. But I would never pay 38 dollars for a vape. Looked at the change...looked at him...decided it was not worth the trouble and left...but please please pleeeaaasseeee. Stay AAWWAAAYYY from this smoke shop. Literally a joke. For the record, even with the high tax in California I can still get a simple vape for less than 20$...so this guy saw an opportunity and he took it.
