There were no yoga blocks for the pedicure so I had to hold my leg in the air by myself for ten minutes at a time. That was a workout for me, and I know my mom wouldn't have been able to do it. They have no dryers (!) so when your hands are done you can either blow on your nails with your mouth or sit and wait for them to air dry. For the mani they sit you on a short, uncomfortable bench and pull the table away from you so you're leaning outward and hurting your back. Also, they don't take your payment until afterward, so your nails (which aren't fully dry because there's no dryer) get ruined trying to get into your wallet. Re the massage: it was a combo sauna/massage experience and they offered a threadbare robe with someone else's hair on it. They expect you to wait in the sauna until your masseuse is ready. I ended up calling the front desk from my cell phone to ask what was going on. I was escorted to an open area where I had to wait and everyone was dressed except for me (I don't mind wearing a robe if we're all in a spa, but this was just weird). And I was carrying my wet boots, clothes, and purse with me while trying to stay covered in my very short robe. When they were finally ready for the massage I had to ask for help carrying everything into the room. Just not a great experience.The massage was okay but it was too light and she never asked if the pressure was okay. Also, if you at all need to hold onto a railing down the stairs, DON'T USE THEIR STAIRS. The railing is not properly installed. If you are holding onto it while going down, at one point it sits flush against an overhang and you will jam your fingers between the railing and the overhang and hurt yourself. They do have an elevator, so definitely ask to use that. Also, twice there was no one at the front desk (reception) and I had to yell loudly to get someone to come to the front (no one could hear over the hair dryers). Will not be going back and I recommend you don't, either!

I asked if I would be seeing a licensed Esthetician and assured Gina Marie was. This is how the actual appointment went. I got there ten minutes early as instructed to fill out paperwork but was given none and at ten minutes past my appointment time Gina Marie casually came out to get me. She never asked for history on my skin, allergies, preferences, nothing. I was not given any paperwork. This signified to me she wasn't interested in my history or keeping a record on my skin. Not a good sign. While kind and personable, she lacks in professionalism and seemed not as well versed as my previous Esthetician at an actual spa. I consider Paparazzi a salon that does spa services. I could smell perm/ chemical process odors while waiting and during my treatment I could hear everything all through the salon. Not very relaxing. So for a half hour she basically washed and moisturized my face. No extractions and nothing special. She did try to up sell me many times, critiqued my skin tone in a derogatory manner and was over all just a little irritating. I was amazed that service should cost $75. For $30 minutes? When I left I had cleanser gooped in my hair and some kind of crusty stuff all over my neck. I discovered this in the car. I've never had a worse treatment anywhere. I do not recommend.

The staff is friendly. Heather performed skin tightening laser treatment. I have recently been diagnosed with rosacea and she focused on the areas where I am starting to see some redness. She was very friendly and attentive. Since I have never had this performed anywhere before, I really have no baseline to compare it to. She could have been super thorough or not nearly thorough enough and I would have no clue! She initially cleaned my face, applied the laser and then a tightening mask. The whole process was approximately one hour. I was told that the collagen production doesn't increase for 3 weeks and it takes 3 sessions to see results. Stay tuned on results but experience-wise, it was good.

I went in on 5/10 for botox with Stephanie for the first time at this location. I have been getting Botox for 4 years in South Carolina. She was very personable and told me she wanted to go lighter on the treatment since it was my first time at this location. I agreed. A week in I noticed I still had a lot of wrinkles. I called to ask if I could come in to touch up the area, since I was leaving to go back to South Carolina for a few weeks. I was told I had to wait two weeks before they'd touch up. Ok, not a big deal, I figure I'll touch up when I get back in town. On 6/22 I schedule an appointment with Rachel. She walks in with her iPad and she comes at me immediately. In a sassy tone she asks me why I'm even there because I just had botox 4 weeks ago. I said it was 6 not 4, and showed her how bad the forehead wrinkles were and explained I had been out of town. I asked if I could get the area touched up to smooth them over, as I have a wedding to go to. She excuses herself from the room to go get the botox. That's what she tells me, but goes and gets the owner. He comes in with no announcement and I 'm being grilled as to why I need more botox, even though the lines are very pronounced, why I am in the area, where I live, what I do for a living. I am literally being interrogated. He is speaking to me in an extremely condescending manner. At this point I am baffled. They agree to put a light amount in but they'll have to charge me. I never asked for free services, nor have I ever been to any med spa that gives out free botox. Why am I being talked to like I'm trying to scam them? I was just asking to touch up the area. They charge you a refundable fee of $75 just to book an appointment, which is unheard of, but I figured its to avoid people trying to scam or no-shows. I'm being made to feel like I am trying to scam the company when I was just there to PAY for the area to be touched up because it didn't even look like I had botox. After the Owner, Ryan finishes his unannounced interrogation, Rachel then proceeds to get the botox and says they'll fix it because of how unhappy I said I was, but I'll have to pay. Again, I never asked for free services. I tell her not once did I say I was unhappy. I understood why Stephanie wanted to be cautious but the area needed to be retreated. She again goes on about how it has only been 4 weeks. Rachel was very stuck on this and clearly can't do math. I go to pay and Rachel doesn't show up to the desk to tell the cashier how many units I received. I explain I need to pay for the service. She said no, not for your first touch up. I had no idea what was going on. I then receive a text on my way home that Rachel then came and told them I had to pay after I had already left, they charged my card. Rachel could have come up to the desk and advised what my fee was for the day, instead she was whispering with the owner as I waited for her. EXTREMELY disorganized. The entire experience was awful and it was extremely uncomfortable the way they interrogated me, and the tone Rachel used. She is a very inexperienced injector. I suggest going to a different med spa. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY. They need further training and an attitude adjustment.
