Brittany listens to my every concern (give that woman a raise just for this ) and tries as many avenues to get to where I need to be, and I'm extremely appreciative of that. Especially nowadays, after the pandemic, it seems a lot is brushed off or pushed to the side. This place has never made me feel this way. Yes they had forgotten to call me. At first they tried to say I had not signed in, but there was my name all in caps, marked off by the professional staff. Then they said, well you will have to fill out this book of info first. I was supposed to leave this office and pick up a neighbor's child to take to her father's wake. I told them to call me with a new appointment. Now first, I had waited 3 months for this appointment, and now I have never heard back from Levin's office staff. What do you think? Should I call them back, it has been 35 days. Screw that. I made an appointment the next day, saw a local family practice MD, who laughed at my story, said he should go into dermatology, gave me 20 pills, tube cream and I was cured in two weeks.
