A regular pedicure, dip, and the additional "manicure" component came out to be $88.00 prior to the tip. These are comparable prices to California in CNY (let alone, without the quality of service...). Very disappointing. Will not be returning.

He briefly reviewed my listed problem areas (noted on the paper they give you at check in) to diving right in. It didn't mention anything about non refundable. The cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to appointment. So I booked what I thought was a free consultation. Unfortunately when I talked to my doctor, due to upcoming procedures, they asked me to not get the treatment. I couldn't figure out how to cancel my consultation online so I called to cancel 6 days before my appointment. I said my doctor isn't allowing the appointment so I need to cancel my consultation. The lady said no problem we'll hold your deposit for your next appointment. I advised I didn't know that I was making one due to my doctor not recommending the treatment for me. She said oh well I can't give you the $75 back. I asked why as I was well outside the cancellation policy, I booked what I thought was a free consult, and no where does the $75 deposit say not refundable. The receptionist said I'm sorry but I can't give you the $75 back. For that reason I don't recommend this business. To keep someone's money who was coming for a free consult isn't acceptable. To keep someone's money who cancelled within cancellation period is unacceptable. No where onljne when you pay the $75 does it say non refundable. So unless you are 100% sure you will receive a service from this business I highly advise against booking anything with them.
