I requested to have my eyebrows shaped and tinted after waiting 2 months for them to grow back after being butchered by a threading lady back in May. She takes her time with your brows to make sure they are perfect. Most of my eyebrow appointments never are over 7 minutes. Epiphany spent 30 minutes on my brows (give or take) and during that time I fell asleep because her space is so relaxing. You know the vibes...calming, earthy, grounding. The shaping was better than other places I have tried and she actually measured my brows/face to keep the ratios right. Wax was a little too hot on one strip during bikini wax but irritation was gone after a day. FYI be prepared to take your shoes off. I didn't know my first time when I went so I wore flip flops. I just don't like my bare feet on the wood floors so now I remember to wear socks.

Unfortunately when I talked to my doctor, due to upcoming procedures, they asked me to not get the treatment. I couldn't figure out how to cancel my consultation online so I called to cancel 6 days before my appointment. I said my doctor isn't allowing the appointment so I need to cancel my consultation. The lady said no problem we'll hold your deposit for your next appointment. I advised I didn't know that I was making one due to my doctor not recommending the treatment for me. She said oh well I can't give you the $75 back. I asked why as I was well outside the cancellation policy, I booked what I thought was a free consult, and no where does the $75 deposit say not refundable. The receptionist said I'm sorry but I can't give you the $75 back. For that reason I don't recommend this business. To keep someone's money who was coming for a free consult isn't acceptable. To keep someone's money who cancelled within cancellation period is unacceptable. No where onljne when you pay the $75 does it say non refundable. So unless you are 100% sure you will receive a service from this business I highly advise against booking anything with them.
