They took more than 2 weeks, were not communicative about the delays in getting the replacement screen, and actually never resolved the underlying issue. Upon going into the business the girl that assisted me at the window was disheveled looking and you could hear the owner speaking on the phone loudly bragging rather than helping his worker. She in fact needed help because she had to step away and ask him questions multiple times. Had he taken the time to properly assist her and I maybe the issue would have been resolved. For $110 and a couple trips and calls to the "business " my daughter was handed a phone with a replacement screen that still had a black screen that would not turn on. I hate to write such a poor review on a small black business but I feel taken advantage of and will always advocate for myself. Stay away from this business!!!

Business was slow so I guess I got lucky, but he didn't have to put that much effort into helping me, yet he did anyways. Thanks to his help, I was able to narrow the issue down to corrupted drivers, and I met my render deadline in time (practically saved my job). He was kind, genuinely interested in the problem at hand, and did everything he was able to do. I did end up getting a few display port cables, but thanks to his expertise and problem solving skills, I was able to avoid the more expensive troubleshooting options (replacing entire components on my work system). Without his help, I would have missed my deadline, potentially lost my job, and spent several thousand dollars replacing parts that didn't need replacing. Again, I never leave reviews. But in a world of corporations who put the customer last, a small business that puts the customer first deserves every bit of recognition.
