I ordered some parts on May 5, 2025 and heard nothing from Isopure Water beyond confirming the order. Days later I requested a shipment date, only to be told it would ship the following day. On May 16 I received an email saying the items were backordered with a 3-4 week lead time. I cancelled the order and received a reply from Maria, acknowledging the cancellation. Imagine my surprise when I received another email on June 4, informing me that the cancelled order had shipped! With all the technology we have available to us today, this kind of error is unacceptable. I'm now in the process of trying to contact them so they can correct their mistake, yet another waste of my time. Severely incompetent employees...I placed an order for immediate shipment...after paying the premium shipping charge...they said it was back-ordered. After waiting the 6 weeks period they indicated...still nothing...after 8 weeks I got an email saying it was on its way....when I did not get it three days later I checked the tracking...and it had not been delivered to USPS. I called them....They said it was still backordered...AND HAD NOT SHIPPED. So I cancelled the order. They said they could not cancel and after I got it I could mail it back to them for my refund...that was their policy!!!!!! I later got a call saying that it had already shipped....I requested proof which they could NOT give!!!! They only suggest I continue to wait for delivery. Let me tell you this company goes far beyond just telling you filters and membranes and water parts. I had bought some filters as you can read in my review when I got back to my home in Orange County installed everything. Everything turned out great and the water honestly is so clean and so tasty. I got it tested and they came back and told me it's actually has a real high pH balance and you know how people are buying alkaline water these days my water is so high in PH that it actually could qualify for an alkaline water! Pretty exciting stuff. The reason for the update on this review is that while I was there at their location getting my filters I mentioned to the owner that I was going to be going to my house in Arizona where the last time I was there my tank did not fill up the water wasn't flowing. I didn't know why. I explained to him the situation and believe it or not he took the time out to sit with me and talk with me and give me some possible options. When I left that day he gave me a check valve and told me more than likely if your tank isn't filling up and your tank still good and if your bladder inside your tank isn't bad then this check valve more than likely will get your water flowing. Well let me tell you Tai, you did it! You're a rockstar. I sent an email to Tai saying hey we're here at our place in Lake Havasu and the water is still empty in the tank. I sent him two pictures of my system. He then circled where the check valve was that need to be replaced on his phone. I replace the check valve and Wallah everything was flowing within a short period of time. I had water going I could hear ice being made in my ice maker in my house and then this morning I went out to check the tank and it was full of water and weight was very heavy obviously the check valve worked. So you know this review needs to be said time and time again that the review doesn't stop because you sold me water filters and I went back to my house in California and installed them. He went beyond just selling me water system parts he helped me diagnose troubleshoot and took time out of his day literally before he was even in the office so you know what BIG Kudos goes out to this company & Tai. I can't tell you enough how important having water is in the desert and it's 112 degrees and you have no water and you have no ice it just a little frustrating. Bought a whole house water softener through these folks. Initially thought to purchase from a web only dealer, but had questions on several things. Found Isopure Water after some more searching. The owner, Tai, was extremely helpful in describing everything in detail and getting the order out fast. We were doing remodel and needed the softener quickly. Tai pre programmed the softener to our water specs, put the resin in the tank, and had it delivered to our home in Ventura County in under 24 hrs from the order! We needed a special size brine tank - got that too. Subsequent to the install, we had to move the softener temporarily - and then get it going again. Had one small problem with the unit initially - Isopure was very helpful at every call. Probably 10-12 calls in all to them for questions - every time they were accurate, helpful and nice. What a concept -sell good products at fair prices, back up the sales and be nice - they checked all the blocks! Their prices are very reasonable however that doesn't help if they don't actually ship your order... I placed an order on a Wednesday morning, 2 days later I hadn't received any information on my order so I checked their website for a status. My order was listed as "Processing" so I sent an email to the customer service department who promptly responded to my email stating that the order was scheduled to ship that day. Shortly after that email I received another email letting me know that my order had shipped. Monday afternoon I checked the USPS website with the tracking number supplied by Isopure Water which revealed that the order had not shipped as I had been told. When I contacted Isopure Water's customer service depart about the issue they apologized for the inconvenience & told me that the US Postal Service failed to pick the package up? When I expressed concern as to why I was told the order had shipped when it hadn't there was no response. read more

7 months ago I purchased a Fleck 5810 valve and 64,000 grain 52"x10" tank water softening system on line from ISO-Pure Water. Prior to purchase I asked about their product support for setup and trouble shooting. They assured me they were a brick and mortar operation and would always be there to answer any customer questions. The unit arrived in good time but that's as good as it got. After the setup I called ISO-Pure for initial programming guidance for the control v. The receptionist, very politely said all technicians have gone home for the day. It was 3pm. The next morning I call again and now I'm told "no technicians had arrived for work yet (it's 10am or 11am). I would leave a name and number but never got a follow up phone call. I did manage to talk to the owner eventually who worked with me through the setup process. The following morning the brine tank over flowed and I called ISO Pure for help. Unfortunately no technical support personnel was available for the same reasons mentioned earlier. I called PentAir customer service which is the manufacturer of the Fleck valve. They talked me through initial setup process only making a few small changes which solved the problem. Today I had a "Error" message on the display during the Brine Refill process and decided to call ISO Pure for help. It was 3 pm and I was informed all the technicians have gone home for the day/weekend. That reminded me to leave this note to anyone purchasing online and who is not from Santa Ana the area. I called multiple times during my research phase and the Customer Service was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Patiently answered all my questions and explained the systems. Not at all pushy or sales driven. They offered free local delivery and when there was a mix up in my order, they were back with the correct part within an hour.
