Got a quote through Yelp in less than two hours. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. Something went wrong the first time the screen replace was tried. Had to replace again with a second screen. I really appreciated the honesty. Had to wait a little long, no big deal. Did not charge for the second screen replacement. Sweet. Looks like new again. After dealing with CPR and them not fixing the issue with my daughter's Iphone 6plus and creating more issues. We stop by the Ispecialize on West Walnut Ave. We explained what had happened with the phone and our experience with CPR. They said that wouldn't be an issue to repair. We had to leave her phone with them for a few days. They repaired the issues CPR created on my daughter's phone. The lock button still needs to be repaired but because we are going out of town and they needed the phone for 2 days to repthey let us pay for the repairs they had done and will finish the remaining repairs when we return. I try to shop local when I can but I will never shop here again. My phone was repair at the Brainerd Rd location, upon receiving my phone I later realized my camera and phone wasn't working correctly. When I told the staff about my issue they told me I would be charged an additional $110 to repair my camera if the issue wasn't a simple connection problem when it was working fine before their repair. When I received my phone for the 3rd time my Iphone home button was not and is not working correctly. Told the staff about my issue and they basically told me they wouldn't cover the damage in their so called warranty which is at the owner's discretion. Not a happy customer. Cheap service equals cheap customer service. (FYI their screens are not IP67 rated like it was before I had it repaired and no one will notify you of this when you get your device repaired) read more
