Samantha was nice but Jim cost them a customer . His active listening skills were sub par. Called for clarification but he was so focused on charging more money he couldn't provide that. He was extremely rude but thankful for capitalism there's someone providing this same service on every corner. I requested a refund and was informed it would be less about 10 percent fee and I would receive the my money back. I paid them $175 and received a $90 refund. That's not %10 so that also speaks to their integrity as a business which is the true reason this review is being left. I highly recommend you don't use this company. There are many other companies to use, that actually care and get the job done. I only used this one from a friend recommendation. I was trying to serve someone that I need protection from instead of waiting for an officer to do it. I explained how this person literally tries to dodge everything and even gave them all the details of where they will be, when and how long, pictures, etc. They quoted me $175. Little high but I went with it cause they reassured me that they could get it done. I even gave a contact # of the other person that will be there. The server literally dropped the ball. Wasn't ready at all. Still sitting in the car. He finally gets out of his car in a bright Red shirt and just wanders slowly over. The person saw and drove off. Meanwhile, a kid was fully able to get out of a car and fully get into that car!! Plenty of time that someone can give papers to someone... I talked to the server afterwards and I was confused how he didn't rush over and be ready before he even got there. He said we are not police officers and can't just break through windows!!! What?!!? Who said anything about that. Usually a server is out ready to go especially when all the exact details were stated to numerous people on the phone and in emails. I called and stated my fustrastions to the company. They don't care. They want to charge me even more money to do another attempt!!!! another $100, mind you!! All they do is lie and try to pass blame and say they weren't there with the server so they don't know. They did tell me, in email, that the driver tried calling the other party that was gonna be there, to sit something up and no one answered!! They never called! We have a call log to prove it! I literally wasted $175 with a lazy server and bad customer service. I literally paid extra for this situation and they tried to make me feel bad for the server having to go out of their regular jobs to do this one. Isn't this a job plus I'm paying extra than normal??! Long story short, I highly recommend finding another company!! Do not use this company!! Don't waste your money or your time.... Zero stars if possible, save your money and use a different company. Pay the premium for Rush on 5 attempts and they don't follow through with the agreed upon number of attempts because someone at the house states "I'll trespass you" as if that has any legal binding. No consideration for partial refund and apparently it's just easier to take the $ from a customer rather than uphold to the agreed upon level of service. read more

DO NOT USE THEM!!! I am so upset today, after finding out how badly I was ripped off. My neighbor was being served and they came the first day (his car was home) they knocked about 15 mins and left. As soon as they left he (neighbor) took off and disappeared for 2 weeks. We called ASAP every day to let them know his car wasn't home so they wouldn't waste their time or gas. Trying to be a good person. When we finally knew where they could serve him (which is walking distance to the original address) we called and let them know (I would give them 5 stars for this alone) and they immediately ran over to serve him and got him served. Except they charged us again!!!!!! $360 Today we found an independent server to serve the other party and they are charging us $50 Seriously?!!! How do we go from $50 to serve someone to almost $400 by ASAP? We literally did them a favor by saving them "4 additional trips". We saved them money from driving out to FH 5 times. ‍ read more

This review is long but it's information worth reading. Beaware this place is so unprofessional. The worst is Susie she's very Rude over talks you. One of those know it alls. She hung up in my face while talking after I let her explain her side of the story as to why that they could not catch the person I need them to serve when the person was clearly at the location I gave them at the time I gave them. This place is a COMPLETE rip off. It's just a money grab to them nothing else. I paid $300 for NOTHING!! DO NOT be fooled by the 5 stars they are receiving. They are more and likely have some of those posted by people they know. They are very nice and persuasive when obtains your business but the bait and switch begins when you question them about ANYTHING. Any paying customer has a right to and update or information about their serve. I have been speaking to her the entire time but when the conversation and questions I was asking got to hot now all of a sudden I need to speak to John the owner. I was charged a 2nd time for another serve and Suzie quoted me one price an additional $90 but when I called back to schedule the 2nd serve John quoted a totally different $180 but he's the owner so where's the communication between them. Simply a money grab. I spoke to two other Process serving companies that knew EXACTLY who this company was and there process procedures. I was told that they are all about the money and have no compassion for the customers. I was told the way they operate is they hire anyone but all there hires are independent contractor so the pay them $30 to $40 to sever keep the bulk of the serve money and 1099 the independent contractor. I was also told sometimes the Independent contractor says he's been to the location may have over slept on the early serve or just not shown up. The process co. that divulge this info hired a passed employee of ASAP Serve and this was told to the new hiring co. I would probably think maybe just a mad employee but I can tell you I experienced first hand this companies rude, crappy service so that leads me to believe that this pass employee is on the money. I wished I had listen to the 2 reviews that warned us about this co. I've learned something don't always be impressed by the 5 stars. As long as you go along with their program you will be fine just don't ask any question or challenge them that 's when your troubles will began and you will get to see the real them. And that poor girl Samatha is there puppet. When Suzie hung up on me I called back Suzie answered saw it was me and put the elevator music. I hug up called back and she had poor Samantha answer and say she was busy and couldn't talk to me. I request my receipts and my proof on the non serve docs at least 3 times and I yet to get them. I will be filing a formal complaint against this co. I will also place them on Ripp Off Reports we consumers need to make each other aware of companies like this one. This company provides outstanding service! They were very responsive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I needed an Order of Protection served on a defendant who the legal authorities failed to locate. Not only did ASAP Serve locate the defendant, they were able to serve the order on the defendant on their first attempt. The whole process only took a couple weeks! An awesome perk: their flat fee would have also included two more attempts at service if it was needed. I am so grateful for their care and consideration in ensuring that my case was taken care of! Used John my first time out, he met me at a ups store which was closer for me than driving all the way to their office (whatta nice guy!) also so we could make any copies or whatever we might need (whatta smart guy!). So when I needed serving done again.. I have someone I'm attempting to garnish right now thru another legal service, I asked them if they did process serving, they said ya & were cheaper than ASAP, but I decided against it cuz I know ima get flawless service from ASAP. They always answer their phones, no recording BS, very responsive thru email, got him the papers and..WOW.. he called back to confirm he had served them (at a diff add than the 1 I provided, whatta awesome guy!) even before I had MY paperwork all put back into their folders! (couple hours maybe?) But he is very knowledgeable on helping u navigate the legal nightmare u go thru when u try to do things right in our justice system that usually serves the bad guy. Unbelievable rip-off, don't waste your hard earned money. I used this process service because it was easy to use online. I spoke to the office and told them the person being served was avoiding service. During this conversation, I received unsolicited advice and was told they did 5 attempts... not one mention of skip tracing was extra. A week later, I received an email of non-service after 2 attempts. They filed a non-service with the court after 2 attempts and proceeded to tell me it was an extra fee for skip tracing. I paid $82 (top end for process servers... there are cheaper ones) for them to go to the door and find out person did not live there. I could have done that myself. Ridiculous. There are other companies out there that won't charge extra for the job they should do automatically. read more

I called ASAP process service on a Saturday. I was expecting to leave a message but to my surprise John answered my call. I have never had to deal with anything like this before and was very stressed out. John spent a long time on the phone answering all my questions and assured me they could get the job done. Do not use! This company is very unprofessional, and rude. No communication, terrible customer service, no organization. Told us they would let us know by email after their attemps to serve. Never notified us of any attempts. When we would call to find out the status of everything, they didn't know any information, and John would cut us off repeatedly, and kept telling us they had sent all the info in emails and we needed to check the emails. Susie was extremely rude to my wife, told her 'she needed to read the emails, it's in the emails!', and hung up on her. She had never sent any emails to us. When we went into the office she continued to say she had sent all the info in emails. Then when she double checked, like she should have to begin with, she realized she had been sending everything to the process server and nothing to us. She did not try to apologize. Both her and John did nothing to attempt to make our experience better. This is an amateur operation. They couldn't correctly send us a basic email even after we repeatedly told them we weren't receiving anything. We are very leary as to if they even made all 5 attempts to serve. We know for a fact a vehicle was parked outside the home for at least 3 of their supposed attempts to serve and they reported there were no vehicles present. Seems like a money grab to me! No wonder their rates are so cheap. I guess you really do get what you pay for! read more
