I think this place is a solid choice if you're in the area. I stopped by on my way to apple picking with a friend. I opted for the gyudon bento box. The beef was fine, the veggie side was fine, the miso was fine. The rice would've been fine if they gave me less of it which feels like an odd thing to say. It came in onigiri shape and there were two of them. Honestly given how big and rice-heavy the onigiri was, one would've been more than enough. My friend got a tuna onigiri and she agreed it was very rice-heavy and large with not as much filing as she would've liked. She also got a donburi bowl and her feelings were the same - it was fine.

This place is very bright and colorful. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. It's a nice place to hang out and grab a quick snack or a poke bowl on the go!

What a solid family owned restaurant. The food is fresh and delicious and they give complimentary miso soup which is a nice gesture

I love a good poke bowl, and Issho Ni Poke Bar in Mentor is a solid option in the area. I came in at around 1 pm on a Thursday afternoon and there were only a few patrons enjoying their lunch. The location is very clean and tidy, which I appreciated. Known for their poke bowls and sushi burritos, I wasn't sure if they did regular sushi rolls as well. The answer is no. They offer 5 different sushi burritos, including a giant rainbow, vegetarian, and a Tori karaage, which has chicken. I decided to get a poke bowl and opted for a mixed base with both rice and zucchini spirals. It's build your own style, so once you pick a base, you choose from the traditional toppings and then select your protein. I got the spicy tuna, which was minced and tossed in spices, as well as some fresh tuna chunks. The extra protein was a few dollars more and there is a charge for avocado, but it was worth it. Very fresh. I chose a spicy mayo sauce and got a Jasmine green tea to drink. They also give everyone a miso soup with your meal. My total was 22.51. Kind of pricey for a one lunch, but I did get extras. The bowl was fresh and filling, without being heavy at all. The spicy tuna wasn't too spicy (which I liked) but had just enough flavor. Service was friendly and the restaurant felt chill and comfortable. This is definitely a good spot for a quick lunch when you want something healthy and tasty.

Service was friendly. Told the server that this was the first time here and he gave us time without rushing to make selections. Food prep took some time yet that was okay because he took his time and it wasn't premade in the back. Ordered a veg burrito which was excellent and fresh. The Tori Karaage was what my partner ordered. He was happy with his selection as well. He also got the spam roll. Cute colorful interior, good food, and friendly service. Miso soup was offered with our entrees too for free. Many Vegan and vegetarian options here too!

A Yelp highlight drew my attention to this absolute Gem in Mentor!!! I love Poke Bowls when fresh and done well. I can't believe this is the first time I've tried Issho Ni Poje Bar ! Thank you Yelp for bringing this to my attention. My husband ordered the Shoyu Chicken Ramen he loved it. Every bite was excellent. I ordered a single protein Poke bowl with Half Zudle & Half Pandan Rice as the base. Imitation Crabmeat, Tamago (Egg Custard), seaweed salad, Takuan (Pickled Daikon), jalapeño, cucumber Spicy Garlic Oil and ahi tuna. Wasabi Aioli and Kimchi Sauce (Spicy). Everything was fresh and combined it was absolutely delicious ! Also had the taro boba. My favorite and it was perfect. The right amount of ice, boba and great flavor!! Linda was kind patient and helpful. The artwork and bright colors were very refreshing. Don't let the location being in a strip mall deter you. Give it a try. You'll be grateful you did. The cost was reasonable and I can't wait to come back. Please come here if you like great fresh food and amazing service !

This is by far the best poke in Mentor! My wife and I were sad when Ginger sushi burrito closed because that was the only poke in town but this is a much better option. It's so good my wife who is not really that into Asian food craves this almost every week! The staff is always super friendly and always give us free miso soup with our order. The ingredients are very fresh and the flavor is top notch! This is also the first time we had green rice which is delicious and compliments the flavors well. The bowl looks small but there's a ton of food in there since they pack it with all the ingredients. This place is such a delightful addition to Mentor and we definitely want to try their other location in Willoughby. I highly recommended this place if you want a flavor packed meal!

I got a poke bowl with tuna. It came with miso soup. All of it was super tasty - and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the rice was green! Endless toppings I had a difficult time choosing, but that's a great problem to have. Lots of beverages to choose from! We chose to sit down and the chairs are so comfortable. The interior is bright and pleasant, with tulips at each table. The owners are so sweet and personable. The woman who helped me with my order was very patient as I decided what toppings I wanted. Highly recommend this place! 10/10

The restaurant was clean, bright and the employees were very warm and inviting. We got the gyoza, spicy Korean ramen and the yummy shrimp tempura burrito. Everything was excellent and we will definitely come back again.

Very pretty and clean atmosphere, everyone was very nice, and there were tones of options. The poke bowl was awesome, the pandan rice was a really cool shade of green and was perfectly cooked, the seaweed salad and takuan (pickled radish) had nice acidity to cut through the fatty salmon and salty masago (fish eggs), the tamago (egg custard) was firm but soft, silky, and was a little sweet, scallions were a nice addition, and the kimchi sauce was spicy but also had great flavor. The spam and egg musubi was good, the salty spam, sticky rice, soft egg, and sweet eel sauce made a great combination.

First time in and they were so helpful and kind. The whole place is so clean and everything was so so fresh. The actual bowl I got was phenomenal!

The establishment that usually comes to mind is "Square Bistro". It sits on the scenic square in downtown Chardon. The beautiful small town atmosphere is very calming. Great for a pre or post dinner stroll. You don't have to be concerned in any way about safety before or after dark. It's just a great place to be. Making reservations is easy... but definitely necessary. Lots of people love this establishment. It is always full. They have a very nice conventional menu as well as an excellent Sushi bar. And currently they are having their "Fall Clam Bake" with loads of options. We entered and met Megan, our server for the evening. She had a smile that never quit. Her bubbly personality made for a very fun evening. She was very attentive but never intrusive. After ordering our beverages and appetizers she gave us plenty of time to get comfortable and investigate the menu options. A basket of the most wonderful warm bread was delivered to the table and when it was gone another appeared in it's place. All 4 of us ordered the "Tomato Salad" - Organic Heirloom Tomatoes | Fresh Mozzarella | Basil Olive Oil | Aged Balsamic Reduction | Fried Garlic & Shallot Chips. It is one of my favorite items from their menu. Everything is so fresh and the house made dressing is wonderful. I always look forward to it. For our entrees my brother and I ordered the "Veal Milanese Piccata" - Panko Herb & Asiago Breaded Veal Cutlet | Lemon Caper Cream Sauce | mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. Our spouses ordered "Crab Crusted Grouper" - Pan Roasted Gulf Red Grouper | Cajun Crab Crust | Lobster Saffron Cream Sauce | Chef's Grain & Vegetable. I always enjoy the food at "Square Bistro" so I must say, during this visit the Veal was not quite up to their standards. It had good flavor, however the breading was too thick and a bit dry. Also it needed some additional sauce. I only make that note because it was not the norm for them. I'm sure it was a one-time misstep. Everything else we ordered was excellent as usual. After dinner was followed up with an excellent cup of coffee and fabulous desserts. We had "Pumpkin Spice Creme Brule", "Ice Cream Bomba", and "Candy Apple Tart". Each and every one was exceptional! So, as usual, "Square Bistro" on Chardon Square was a wonderful night out. It was a great evening as always. This establishment belongs on your "must see list".
