Apparently he was on service calls ..... Getting nervous, I continued my search and found Steve's info and contacted him. In a nutshell, I delivered my computer to him and the next day, he delivered it back to my store. I explained the situation and the urgency involved and he pulled through in the clutch. If I ever have any future complications, I would not hesitate one second to contact Steve..... He was awesome.

don't waste your time with this so-called computer repair shop. the experience was zero stars…read more my computer desktop froze, and then would not reboot. i called this shop and spoke to the owner, steve levy, and informed him of the above. he said that a repair would cost at least $250, and recommended that i buy a new computer since the desktop was 5 years old. i subsequently took the desktop to best buy "geek squad" and they rebooted the computer within a few minutes at no charge. do not deal with pinpoint !
