When I first started using them, I'd been told by a couple of other computer techs that my data could not be salvaged on my laptop at the time. I went to Victory and they quickly found and backed up every bit of my substantial amount of data! And did it all with a smile while they chatted with me, and then charged me far less than I expected, which I've learned is their norm. Last year after a crash, Dell's tech told me my data could not be salvaged as the hard drive had failed. Victory once again retrieved and backed up ALL of my data from the bad hard drive, and Dell then replaced the bad drive. The owner, Frank, and his staff are the nicest bunch of guys you could meet, and I've yet to have to wait for service. I walk in, and they take care of my computer while I wait.
