I called up and left a voicemail. Phil responded within 2 hours and apologized for the delay even though I was happy to get a call back the same day. He came by to take a look and was able to diagnose and fix the issue I was having. He quickly took care of the issue and did not overcharge. Let me tell you, it was quite an informative experience. The owner (I didn't catch his name) walked me through the process. He showed me the inside of my phone once he opened it and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Through casual conversation he also gave me a few tips on how I can save money on my first desktop computer purchase.
