She was very very loud to begin with, but as I stated before the profanity started (f---, s---) she could have expressed herself in a more professional manner, she was at work, the customers did not need to know how your night was or what your plans were for the weekend. Kudos on being the top store in the area, keep that up and you won't be for long but girl express yourself without the cuss words and bring the volume of your voice down to an octave that demonstrates professionalism your at work, I had to get off the phone because I couldn't hear myself think.
