Horrible experience & never even able to hire this company! Scheduled a virtual estimate & never received a call. Called to reschedule the next day & again, a no show even after they apologized & promised to prioritize me. Each time, I confirmed with a email. Called back a THIRD time to reschedule & was hung up on. Not sure what kind of company this is but obviously do not care about my business so I'll take it elsewhere. If this is the hassle just to get a quote, I can't imagine how unreliable the actual work scheduling would be. read more

Ari did our consultation and was very detailed about the work we needed and the outcome we could expect. His quote was very fair, especially compared to the other companies we considered, and he was totally available and responsive as we scheduled our work. Nick handled both jobs over two days and the results were outstanding. The limestone steps and wall look amazing, above our expectations, and the shower looks new. He was extremely pleasant to work with and his attention to detail was phenomenal. He also told us how to maintain both the limestone and bath to minimize future problems. Hi - we are very pleased with the fine work performed by Sir Grout for our 3 bathrooms on 6/18-19. Jeff provided a detailed plan for the work (honed/polished/sealed the marble in 1 bathroom, complete refresh of primary shower, caulked and cleaned floors for 2 other bathrooms). Sir Grout cleaned and rerouted our master shower in May 2024. The salesman told us they would use an epoxy grout that was mildew resistant, which we paid extra for. They used the wrong grout color initially, and had to come back and redo. The tech was in a hurry and made it obvious he did not want to be here. They told us NOT to use bleach and we didn't. We used only the cleaner they told us to use, which we bought from them, following the job. It did NOT work at all. Within 8-10 months the dark mildew showed back up. Additionally the tech cracked many of the tiles, and did a sloppy job overall by doing fat grout lines in several places, primarily where the mold is, AGAIN. I contacted Sir Grout by email a week ago, and got absolutely no reply at all. I do NOT recommend his company. In closing I will mention we are diligent in keeping our shower dry after each use. There's no excuse for NO AFTER THE SALE CUTOMER SERVICE. (I gave them 2 stars for showing up and being reasonably neat while working.) read more

Jeff was quick to get an assessment scheduled and made a quick visit to evaluate the space and make some recommendations. We were able to get some time scheduled with our specialist Nick a couple of weeks later. Replacement took a couple of hours, but there was no issue with noise or anything. Ultimately, I was able to resolve the issue and the owner was able to send out someone to fix the issue. However, it took almost 6 months, and the only way I got him to respond was to give a negative review online. I understand they are working toward improving their staffing this year, which is an issue faced in a lot of industries right now. I hope it resolves some of these issues. The quality of the work overall was good but if you run into problems it may be challenging to address. read more

I just wanted to say how extremely pleased I am with my experience with Sir Grout. Our shower stall has basically been neglected by the former homeowner, so the grout was looking bad, and some of the caulking was coming undone. After calling to set up the initial inspect, Jeff was out there in a few days. He took the time to explain the job, and gave an estimate. A week later, someone was out here to do the work. They were timely, professional, and got it done before the end of the business day. Even when I noticed a small little piece that came undone, Jeff himself came out to take care of it. I don't wish that something else happens in my home anytime soon, but I do know eventually a lot of the other tile will need work. And for that, I'm glad I know I will be able to count on Sir Grout to take care of it! read more

What a pleasure to review Sir Grout for a complete kitchen granite honing, sealing and re-grouting project as well as honing our damaged polished marble double sink. The double sink was also sealed, re-grouted and epoxy was used to fill where the sinks meet the marble. Nick was our craftsman and he was outstanding! Several times during the project, he asked for my opinion. There was a special issue with the original seam in the kitchen granite and he problem -solved that like a champ! Sir grout did a terrible job. There are drip marks in both soap cubbies. There are bubbles all over bench in shower . They never return my call or my husband. They claim they want to make you happy until you aren't then they don't return calls. They have u Zelle money so you cant get the money back on a charge. Sir grout is not an honest broker. Hiring a vendor to redo what they did last year. Paid to have the shower floor sealed in a tiled in shower. Only went up the wall 2ft. When it wore out after 6 months, he said " read the fine print " no warranty on floors. How about the wall ? Nope . He should not have taken the job. There are two ways to do things : First Class or Half Assed. This was the latter . Only reason for two stars is the worker was nice and courteous ! Will get someone that stands behind their work this time. read more

5 Stars for Jeff and his team... Short story: Sir Grout was recommended to me by my boyfriend, who is extraordinarily "detail oriented", shall we say :) I knew if they could make him happy, that I would be amazed, as well. Long story/background: I have a new home (less than 1 year old), and the builder told me that I had to seal my own grout - they were not going to do it. So, in 2017, the day after I moved in, I picked up some grout sealer at Home Depot and went to work. It took weeks to get all the kinks and knots out of my back after all that work. And the instructions said that I would have the joy of that again in a year when it was time to re-seal! Fast forward to July 2018. I was NOT going to torture myself again, so I did some research. Sir Grout was highly recommended, especially by the "detail oriented" boyfriend. Called, got an appointment, Jeff came out, did the estimate. Super easy. TJ came out and did the work - fantastic job. Jeff also pointed out that with the higher quality grout sealant that they use, the grout does not have to always be sealed every year...for instance, the spare bathroom in the basement, which gets used once a year, might last for 10 years before the grout needs re-sealing. Had Sir Grout clean/seal/re-cauld tile bath in an old condo. It was a mess. Black mildew stains were everywhere and the white grout between the floor tiles was dark gray. YUCK, but Sir Grout fixed all that. They promptly came to inspect the bath and provide a quote. We really appreciated the "education" given during the inspection phase. We also really appreciated the lack of a "hard sell" pitch. (I don't know about you, but I'm sick the hard sell.) When we called to schedule the work, they promptly fit us into the schedule (essentially a new team member was willing to work on a Sunday). The worker showed up on time and he did a great job. He was very diligent throughout the project even though the work took several hours longer than originally anticipated. I commend his and his work. I have no qualms whatsoever recommending Sir Grout. read more

I called Joe and he came and was able to quote. Loved the product and service that he said that they were able to do. The various tier pricing levels opted me to choose for the most basic option. Then when I told him of my decision, he said they were too busy to schedule something as of now, and they were at least a few weeks out. No problem! I wasn't in a rush. Then I contacted him a few weeks later, and he responded that they were unable to do as their is a minimum, and wouldn't only come out if they were in the Smyrna area. No problem! I could wait. Follow up after follow up, I still couldn't get anything locked down in terms of schedule, as I guess they never work in the Marietta area. So I finally looked elsewhere, found another company and a week later, my tile has been beautifully re-done! See my other reviews to see which company I ended up using! read more

Please be aware "restoration" is the operative word here; it is all over their ad. If you have black mold growing in your grout, it will start to grow back over time, because it will be cleaned and covered cosmetically only. So, although they'll do a lovely job at a $500 minimum, there is no magic to it. For a fraction of the cost you can buy a bottle of cosmetic cover up product at the home store, as well as matching grout if needed and make it look just as lovely...until next year when you'll need to do it again. read more

We had a horrible experience with Sir Grout. The owner came out to do our estimate and was as friendly as he could be until things went wrong and he changed into a completely different person. I hired them to grout our marble master bathroom shower and to seal our marble floor. Our marble floor had typical wear but was still very shiny and in good condition. The tech who did the work left the floor scratched beyond belief and with a dull film over the entire area and swirl mark scratches everywhere. The response time to my complaints was 2 weeks of my time trying to them to come out and look at the damage. It wasn't until we contacted corporate and complained that he even called us at all. When he finally did come he claimed we were somehow responsible for the condition of the floor. We had to hire a new company to fix the damage and it cost us a lot of money to correct it. Do not use this company. They are not honest. read more

Sir Grout did a fantastic job cleaning up and resealing our marble shower. The previous owners left it a mess but Sir Grout knew exactly how to help. They were honest that it wouldn't look like new and that they couldn't pick out the existing grout between the small marble tiles on the ground without damaging - handymen who came to quote said they could and now I know it would have likely looked worse had we used them. My one complaint was that communication was very delayed because I think they've been extremely busy. Still would definitely recommend! read more
