He was very abrasive in his tone with everyone, walking around the store with his arms behind his back, which I call "lurking". Not friendly and not very helpful. I saw a necklace on display I was interested in. It was like $19 or something. Then after admiring it and deciding to get it, he piped up and said "that price is just for the chain you know, not for the pendant. The pendant is $60." Well you could have spoken to me more quietly, you also could have told me that from the beginning when I was looking at it and physically examining it, and why wasn't there a tag on the pendant but there was on the chain?
