She ordered the wrong item and then it sat on her desk for weeks after we gave her the address multiple times on her voicemail in person, etc., etc. So when I finally had enough and called the manager. The manager, CHristine was very helpful and went out of her way, but I had already moved on to another part of the project and I've been so overwhelmed with construction that I have not had a chance to get back there. I will say, I thought CHristine the manager was great. I would not go back if I had to deal with Heather again. Her listening skills are poor, she doesn't follow through, she doesn't take responsibility. We were very clear about what we wanted. I am a very clear communicator and we didn't get anything close..
