Ive passed by this place a few times, today I decided to place an order online for pickup... Arrived to pickup my pizza and bottle water.... Paid then was informed my pizza was coming out, was also informed that they didn't have any bottled water....The cashier showed me my pizza, I noticed the extra toppings (mushrooms and spinach) that I didn't order but didn't say anything because I assumed everything else was correct, which it almost was. I went outside to eat my pizza and noticed there were no fresh tomatoes on my pizza, at this point I didn't feel like going back in and waiting for them to prepare another pizza, so I decided to go ahead and eat it..... The pizza was very good, however it wasn't what I ordered. I will return and hopefully next time they get it right

My other half and I had a great Uber Eats experience from this place. We ordered the meat lovers pizza and a strawberry cheesecake slice. Great portion of meat on the pizza, sauce was just right (not overpowering), and the crust was nice and soft. My only complaint was that we didn't order a bigger pizza. We only got the 10 inch personal pie to share, just to try the place. Next time we'll get a bigger one. Not sure if they still do the $13.99 large special advertised two years ago, but if they do I'll be going with that next time, along with some sides and another yummy dessert.

So sad... This is how you lose business.... Came here for dinner on Sunday, July 9th... Not sure if this guy is the owner/manager or what of this location, but Louis J the guy at the cash register was just rude, unprofessional and not something I'd expect from Italian Pie. My job spends hundreds caterings pizza from this place every few months and we have been doing this for years. When we order pizzas, we usually order about 6-7 large pies (almost $20 per specialty pizza). My boss, who is part Italian loves their pizza and has got me hooked on it now for the past two years and I have been bragging to a lot of people about how great their pizza is. However, the manager, the guy who wears black athletic shirts and shorts while the rest of the staff dresses professional was just rude. First off, why is the guy dressed in street clothes? When we walked in, no greeting. When I walked to the counter with my family, he said "wait", (he was not evening doing anything) then I kindly asked him if they sold slices, he pointed to the "sign" and said LOOK at the sign... I then placed an order for a few slices of pizza for my young kids and myself and when my wife said what she wanted, he said "I am not finished", then after a few seconds, asked her "what do you want?"... His demeanor was terrible, he definitely did not want to be there. After we started to eat our pizza, he came out and started watching television, while one of the kitchen guys was talking to a friend outside the back door with his t-shirt off. I asked for some water, something they offer at their other locations, but here the guy gestured towards the coolers and said to buy a bottle. I did not get the impression that any patrons were wanted here. As I walked past the manager who was watching television to put my pizza box in the trash (even though we were eating here it was put in a box) and above the trash was a sign to put the boxes above and not to put them in the trash can, which I did read... but before I put it up there this manager guy said "put the box up there"... This is a total 180 degrees difference from the Italian Pie in Dacula. There they are friendly, the employee came to my table and asked if he could cut the pizza slices into smaller bites to make it easier for my son to eat. They put the pizza on a pizza tray, instead of wasting boxes and they provide cups of water. That location they treat you so well, something I love about family owned places... like those in NYC or Chicago... (you can see my review on their page praising them) On a positive note... the lady in the kitchen who brought my family the food was wonderful. She was very polite and friendly. Nevertheless, based on this awful experience, I will never... ever... eat at this location again. My first and last. I'd fire Louis in a second....... [Review #466] (51st Review of 2017)

The sign on top of the BMW

I went to Restaurant Depot to pick up 50lbs of onions. I I went to the front of the building where the handicapped spaces were and the they were full of regular cars without stickers. The BMW from Italian Pizza Pie - Lilburn was one of them. I could see there was a woman and child waiting in the car as I approchaed it. By the time I got to the car the man you see carrying the cases saw me taking photos of his car. I told him I was going to call this manager. I was told he was the F-ing manage among many other vulgar things. I tried to call the other four locations they have listed but it seems the Italian Pizza Pie has no management available on weekends. So, that means I will just post the photos here and every other available sites I can. As you can see there is no handicapped sticker or tag on his car and he is carrying those cases just fine on his shoulder. I don't understand why people think that it is okay to park in a handicapped space if you leave people in the car while you go in. Then you have the right to be so vulgar in front of your child when you are caught.

If Ivan isn't available, I'm sure they'll take good care of you, as Ivan and his team took spectacular care of us. He really knew his way around the menu, and was able to explain various dishes, answering all our questions. But the food? You will go back for more. I got the pesto gnocchi. It was almost smooth. The gnocchi were delicate, which is a word I never thought would apply to gnocchi. My wife got the lobster ravioli and made the whole dish disappear. I may have to order that next time. One friend at the table ordered a pizza which frankly looked perfect. I plan to go again for my birthday. Holler if you're coming with.

Every single dish came out intentional, balanced, and full of flavor -- the kind of food that makes you slow down and appreciate each bite. Some highlights from our visit: Bread Basket -- warm focaccia with EVOO, balsamic, house dipping oil, and whipped ricotta (absolutely dangerous) Crab Stuffed Mushrooms -- rich, delicate, finished with a lemon butter drizzle Braciola -- parmesan breadcrumb filling, red sauce, served with focaccia Beet Carpaccio -- roasted beets, goat cheese, candied walnuts, arugula -- the perfect mix of sweet, earthy, and fresh Fried Tortellini -- cheese-filled with an nduja parmesan sauce that had serious depth Italian Spring Rolls -- pepperoni, sausage, mozzarella, peppers & onions -- unexpectedly incredible Even though we focused on starters, nothing felt small or secondary. Each plate stood on its own and showcased the kitchen's attention to detail and flavor. The drinks were immaculate -- balanced, smooth, and thoughtfully crafted. Yes, the plates looked like they came from Dollar Tree (no judgment, lol), but when the food is this good, that becomes part of the charm instead of a flaw. I'm already looking forward to going back. Fresca Trattoria is one of those places that reminds you why dining out can still be special.

It is located in Historic Downtown Norcross - which is a lovely area in and of itself. They primarily offer interior seating, but do have a couple of bistro tables sitting outside for those that want the view/feel of the downtown area. The interior decor makes the place feel beyond upscale. The location can get busy, so it's advised to make reservations (especially on busy nights). The price you will pay for the amount of food you receive is outstanding. Dominick's offers different prices for salads and entrees on their menu. Upon my first visit here, I made the mistake of thinking these were lunch and dinner prices, when instead they are half size and full size prices. Their half size options serve 1 to 2 people - which is great for couples, while their full size options serve 3 to 4 people - making this more family friendly. My husband and I usually order an appetizer, half size salad, and a half size entree to share each and every time we are here. It's more than enough food for us both, and we've never had a meal here that we did not love.

This was a very odd order from the start... i ordered from the yelp app itself…read more I ordered the Shrimp fettucine a side salad and a canole.. The app stated it would be about an hour.. so figured that was not bad at all.. so about 40 mins after ordering I started to head to the address listed for the place.. the address is for a pool house in a sub division.... It is not a real restaurant at all.... Mind you I was on a company trip so I paid with the company card for dinner... I called the number for the place and a guy answered... asked me if I was at a pool house and I said yes right by one... he said give me 2 minutes and I will be there... extremely odd.... But I figured it was a mom and pop place... anyway o got the food and headed back to the hotel... once I got to the hotel I saw there was no receipt... so I called the number again and he said he would send it to my email... well guess what never came... so now I have to pay for this out of my own pocket..... Now onto the food... the food was warm, not hot.... The fettuccine was pretty dry and not creamy... there were 5 large shrimp in the dish... burnt and rubbery... and very little sauce that you come to expect... the salad was ok... and the only thing that was really good was the cannoli... it also came with a dipping sauce...
