Such wonderful company! A different vendor installed an expensive security camera system at my home, but the system never worked right and the vendor had no interest in putting in the time and effort to make it right. I was beyond frustrated when I found iTech on Yelp and reached out. Within minutes, Mark called me and made an appointment for one of his techs to come out and troubleshoot the problems. Fernando was amazing. He did a top to bottom analysis of the system's programming and settings, repositioned the cameras to give maximum coverage, and corrected all of the errors made by the original installer. I have a RING system and I would be lost without the iTech team coming to take care of it all. They are so much faster and efficient and specialize in these things. I would have taken an entire day to set it all up and install it. Another time they came to our house in the pandemic and hooked up ethernet to my son's upstairs bedroom and my other son's bedroom that was on the other side of the bathroom from our office. They snaked the cord UNDER the bathtub and did the most stealth work on it. My sons were able to do all of their online work faster. It seems like no matter what I ask of them Tech-Wise, they can do.
