That's when we met Tim. He was totally awesome and jumped in and took care of all our needs. My grandson had a list a friend made for him of what we needed. He took and made a shopping list for us. We brought my phone in to see how much it would cost to reconnect a lose wire that was making the…read morephone flash when tipped upside down on occasion. (So mild that we couldn't even replicate the issue when we went in). They said they would run diagnostics and get back to us. They did, and said it would be nearly $700 to repair. We said no thanks, its not that big of an issue. We got the phone back and it is COMPLETELY destroyed. The entire top half of the screen no longer works for touch, and there is a quarter inch wide line of dead pixels across the center of the phone.
