They have everything you need and could want for your computing needs. It's overwhelming with so many choices to chose from. We walked around trying to find the computer case. Lots and lots of cases. That's when we met Tim. He was totally awesome and jumped in and took care of all our needs. My grandson had a list a friend made for him of what we needed. He took and made a shopping list for us. Then he asked if we wanted help getting all the parts. We said Yes! He was great, he took our buggy and took off and got everything on our list. I would say above and beyond what we expected. We said no thanks, its not that big of an issue. We got the phone back and it is COMPLETELY destroyed. The entire top half of the screen no longer works for touch, and there is a quarter inch wide line of dead pixels across the center of the phone.

I hired this technician to replace the hard drive in my grandparents' computer. He also said it…read moreneeded a new fan due to noise, which we agreed to. He told us the repair would take 3-4 days, but it ended up dragging on for weeks with multiple delays. Eventually, he shipped the computer back to me without my permission, and it arrived with the stand broken and the fan still unfixed. He said he would come fix it once the new fan came in, but after waiting over a month with no resolution, I finally gave up and ordered the fan and a new stand myself and had someone else complete the repairs. The whole process was unnecessarily drawn out, and I ended up having to spend more time and money to get things done right. I would not recommend.
