I do not recommend working with this business. From the time I began working with them, the sales person made it clear to me that the project would be possible. Once production began, it was a totally different story. The first proof created was far from the outcome communicated. After explicitly communicating time sensitivity and my need for overnight delivery, the proof was sent ground. Meanwhile the sales person informed me it had been sent overnight. My client's deadline was passing. Luckily I was able to secure a extension in order to accommodate this company's workload from other clients. Again their sales person told me that they would be able to make a second proof. We agreed to delivery dates and I did all the digital pre-production work necessary to empower their pre-press team. This included sending detailed notes to ensure additional miscommunication would be avoided. Understanding that I was beyond my client's deadline, this business then cancelled the job because they did not feel that they could actually execute the product. They left me empty handed and without time to source an alternative vendor. Stuck between a rock and a hard place with no alternative option, I communicated my willingness to except whatever their best attempt might yeild. Still, they refused to complete the job after weeks of work and hundreds of dollars spent. It is clear that there is a tremendous lack of actual printing knowledge within their sales team and that the company is not concerned about honoring their commitments to customers.
