I do not recommend working with this business. From the time I began working with them, the sales…read moreperson made it clear to me that the project would be possible. Once production began, it was a totally different story. The first proof created was far from the outcome communicated. After explicitly communicating time sensitivity and my need for overnight delivery, the proof was sent ground. Meanwhile the sales person informed me it had been sent overnight. My client's deadline was passing. Luckily I was able to secure a extension in order to accommodate this company's workload from other clients. Again their sales person told me that they would be able to make a second proof. We agreed to delivery dates and I did all the digital pre-production work necessary to empower their pre-press team. This included sending detailed notes to ensure additional miscommunication would be avoided. Understanding that I was beyond my client's deadline, this business then cancelled the job because they did not feel that they could actually execute the product. They left me empty handed and without time to source an alternative vendor. Stuck between a rock and a hard place with no alternative option, I communicated my willingness to except whatever their best attempt might yeild. Still, they refused to complete the job after weeks of work and hundreds of dollars spent. It is clear that there is a tremendous lack of actual printing knowledge within their sales team and that the company is not concerned about honoring their commitments to customers. If you are looking for a reliable, professional print vendor, look elsewhere.

You'll be emailed back a code you input when you Print on the self printers. You can self pay on the printers with credit / staples card. I got a card from customer service (no name on it) and keep about $5 on it for my occasional needs 2. They're Open on Sunday. 3. They have 4 or 5 self print machines and a table in the middle where you can organize things easily 3. Easy parking in the plaza 4. You can recycle your electronics while here (laptops, cell phones..etc)! 5. There's a Fedex drop-off box outside. Yesterday I dropped off a box that was about ~8" X 16" by 16" and that seemed to just fit 6. UPS counter inside Cons: 1. Expensive. Was in yesterday and a single black and white copy cost .30 which seems like very little but used to be .25 and even that was more expensive than other local printers (further away from me) 2. No pricing posted for size & weights of print options, at least none that I saw but I may have to double check that -- you go through the process and then find out the price (if I am correct). If the counter isn't busy then you could probably ask someone but they're usually very busy. 3. Service is definitely hit or miss when I've had to actually visit the counter. In all, since I've long decided that personal printers and ink are a very poor investment, this suits my needs and offers enough benefits to keep me coming back.

When I opened the package at home I found there were only nine boards and that one of them had scrawled in pencil "LET GO MARINI". It was ok for my purposes but for anyone who needed to use poster board, there would have only been 8 useable sheets and a trip back to the store to exchange the product would have been required I thought it was pretty odd.
