I recently hosted an event in Erie PA for a group of high school students and used Ithen Global to order custom shirts for the event. I worked with Dean and could not have been more pleased with the results. He was forthcoming with the details, prices, and when asked gave me the date that I needed to place my order by to have shirts in time. The team there then hit my need by date exactly with a very complex shirt with numerous different colors. while I finally did get the tee shirt I ordered, it took over two weeks to get it, initially Kyle was very responsive via email when I had a question before ordering. however, ithen global was unresponsive when I emailed after 11 days. When I called a few days later, I finally got an answer that they still had to do a new printing. Neither the web page nor Kyle indicated that the shirt was not in stock. Moreover, ithen global didn't bother with a new screen print until I called and asked about my order almost 2 weeks later. I would have given just 1 star, except they do carry hard to find shirts. Beware, depending on which shirt you order, you may be waiting a long time. read more

If I could give 1/8 of a star, I would. Terrible customer service from Jerry. Pompous and arrogant. Did not complete orders correctly. Had us look at a catalogue to choose colors from, later said he couldn't do those colors and gave us a similar selection to choose from. Then said there are a few colors on that smsller selection that he did not have in stock. Even came out saying this was the most difficult order he has had, and would not do an order like that again (even though it was his own fault). Would not recommend. Terrible experience. Also took 3-4 months to complete an order that was still wrong. read more

This is my review from Google, I know Yelp is seen by a lot of people and I don't want them having the same issues I did with this company. I've used Ithen Global the last two years for shirts for my softball team and had great service, this year not so much. I placed my order, okayed the proofs and paid for my shirts so they could start the process only to be called TWO days before my order is due for them to tell me they couldn't find the color of shirt I wanted and suggested another option. I'm in an official league, we have to have numbers on our shirts and I didn't have time to go through anyone else so I went with the color they suggested and was told my shirts would still be done by their due date. Two days pass and they call me AGAIN, this time to tell me that the new shirts didn't come in on time and I wouldn't have them for my upcoming game. (I ordered them two and a half weeks prior and was gauranteed they'd be done.) However, I was told they'd get them by Monday and could start printing as soon as they came in. Monday came around and I heard NOTHING from Ithen Global, finally Friday I called THEM and was told the fronts were done but they were still putting the numbers on the back. (If they came in Monday, how were they not done yet?) I told Dean that I needed them for our upcoming game and that I wanted a partial OR full refund because they were a week past due and not even the color I wanted. The customer service is terrible and I'm still waiting to hear if I can get a refund for my shirts, plus there's no number for me to contact to complain to a manager. I won't ever use Ithen Global again and I'll tell everyone I know to use someone else. I paid $400 for my shirts for them to not be the color I wanted and to be done late with no communication from the team there. I understand things happen but if you don't give the little jobs the same amount of attention as the big jobs you shouldn't be in business. It should not have taken them two weeks to figure out that the color I wanted was unavailable, and I should have been contacted with enough time for me to have found another designer. read more
