The price seemed high at first, but my husband still has sweatshirts for over 6 years now with countless washings. And he is not gentle on his clothing, to say the least. This review is NOT based on quality of products or fast delivery, those both deserve 5-stars Plus. After having placed an order a few months ago, I again placed another order and encountered what i consider to be an ILLEGAL SCAM. They utilize something called Shop by Shopify, which I had never heard of. Why do I call it an ILLEGAL SCAM? Because AFTER you place your order, you are informed that your data has been saved by Shopify. Not BEFORE, never with your permission, and never with your consent. I wrote both InkPixi and Shopify, complaining about this blatant invasion of my privacy. Both replies said that to avoid this, I should check out as guest, as only account holders have information saved. A blatant LIE! I did check out as a guest, I do NOT have an account with InkPixi! InkPixi's response did include a link to have my data removed, but that will take about 30-days, when it should have never been saved in the first place. Again, this is NOT a review of the products of InkPixi, which are of excellent quality. This is a review of what I consider to be an ILLEGAL SCAM of a business practice. read more

Placed an order for over $200 and requested information regarding a military discount. Received an email that they do not offer a veteran discount. Disappointing to say the least that they already do not offer it but more so that they chose not to extend one to me. I requested to cancel my order due to no discount, and it took 5 emails to get that done. I try to only do business with companies that support veterans. I will honestly say that this is the ONLY time I have run into this and its extremely troublesome as I was excited to place the order as they would be great gifts. If they still want my business, all they need to do is work with me and I will gladly replace my order. That's what ordering a last minute gift for my boss at a new job after hearing that he and he wife will be taking the staff to a holiday luncheon next week. I've only been with their firm a couple of weeks but I really like my boss and I wanted to bring something thoughtful with me, since it was hinted that they give their employees something, in addition to taking us out. The subtle hint that he likes IPAs and she likes sauvingnon blanc was enough to get me thinking and exploring online on a Wednesday night around 11:45 p.m. InkPixi popped up and I saw exactly what I wanted to order, with a message saying if I ordered by 11:59 p.m., it would ship by... omg! I had no time!! Stressed all of a sudden, I placed an order for two personalized stemless wine glasses, one with an IPA theme and one with a wine theme; both with their last name. Literally at 11:59 p.m. my order was confirmed. I paid extra for the express shipping, and it estimated a few business days. Would that be enough time? Did I just waste money to ship something that wouldn't arrive in time? I explored the site a little longer just for fun, and then saw they have pint glasses for the same price, so I sheepishly wrote a quick email in reply to my confirmation, not even checking to see if it was an auto-generated message, and asked to switch his wine glass to the pint one, keeping the same design, and to bill me for any additional charges associated. By the time I woke up Thursday morning I had a reply saying they had made the change, but couldn't guarantee a delivery date. Understandable, especially during the holiday season. But, loandbehold, not even 50 hours later I checked the order status, and my order is scheduled to be delivered here in CA, from PA(!!) sometime today. I would have been stoked to see an expected Monday delivery but this is unreal. The turn-around is so freaking fast! Now I just need to grab a Stone EnjoyBy and a bottle of Kim Crawford to go with the glasses, and a bottle of something bubbly for me to enjoy this weekend while I get to relax without the worry of showing up to the party empty-handed. read more

I should have read the reviews before I ordered from them. They got me with a paper mail advertisement, which is rare, so I assumed it was an American mom and pop outfit and wanted to give them some business and now that I am reading the reviews you can tell it is just a mess of a business. The customer service is unacceptable. They ignored my emails to speed up shipping since THEIR production was running behind. I was happy to pay for faster shipping but when I asked day after day, all 5 of my emails were ignored. The products are fine, but being ignored when I was willing to pay for faster shipping is a fail on their part. They lost me as a future customer and I will not recommend. read more

So I called the 800 number, and the lady on the phone told me she could not help me. There's nothing that I could do to make sure that these two shirts arrived before Christmas. ordered a framed, personalized wall art but discovered on arrival the colors are not as distinctive in reality as they appear to be on the promotional postcard I received. I paid $50 incl shipping and the family name is not very visible because it is a very light yellow on a beige background. I can return it but would have to pay return shipping and I've already invested too much in this so I'll try to darken the name letters myself. When I contacted Customer Service their response included the following: "There will always be variations in the way the image appears on the postcard vs. the image that you see on the website vs. the image in real life. Ink printed on paper vs. the image that appears on the website will be different from one another and this is normal. There will also be a variation when ink is printed on fabric or wood." I have ordered multiple times from inkpixi. The quality of their products have been great. So I've been very satisfied with that. However, I have ordered caps more than once and each time they have arrived, they have been jammed into the shipping bag along with the shirts or hooded sweatshirts. Unfortunately, the cap is basically destroyed, shapeless and given a look like it was run over by a truck. I guess next time I will request the hats to be shipped separately in a box.
