Making our way to the outlet this was our first stop in order to get us started. My one niece wanted gear from here and I am kind of happy that I came here. When we did show up we ended up arriving in the midst of a decent sale. I wasn't going to complain with discounted prices. This store, being an outlet location, was set up where the back corner of the store was kids, front left and middle of the store was women's, and the right was men's. The kids section was kind of lacking. When I say this, the stock was out, but not all sizes were represented. There was one hoodie that I wanted to grab, they only had it in a large. A large in the kids section looked more like infant/toddler. I had to move to the women's section to grab what I needed. Although, going to the women's section meant better sizing, which was weird. But less variety. For some reason, the sizes crossed over, what was a women's small/medium, was more of a kid's large, and better suited than what was in the kid's section. But a lot of what was offered was one-toned. In the end, my niece did enjoy what she got. She has worn the two hoodies multiple times and I don't blame her, we are in hoodie weather.

This particular store is at Grove City Premium Outlets. When I entered this store, I felt surprised to see merchandise not only for Pittsburgh teams such as the Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates and for other local teams such as the Panthers and Nittany Lions, but also for slightly farther-away teams such as the Cleveland Browns and Cavaliers, Ohio State Buckeyes, and Buffalo Bills. Of course, those cities are within driving distance, and I assume that the store knows their customers and that the customers travel from those areas to the store. I considered the prices to be moderate to high. I picked out a t-shirt about the city of Pittsburgh. It cost $28, and the cashier promptly and accurately performed his job. The t-shirt looks to be a very good quality and fits my body well.

Yes, this is located in an outlet mall, but I don't think that many people would make the drive from Buffalo all the way down here. Then they had the major universities represented, Pitt and Penn St. But, being located in Grove City, PA, you would have thought they would have had at least one shirt representing the Grove City College Wolverines. Not to mention the many other schools nearby, Slipper Rock, Edinboro, Westminster, Franklin, Thiel... But let's represent cities that are two to three hours away. I felt a bit disappointed even though I do enjoy my Pittsburgh black and gold. Enough with that, I did enjoy the fact that they had more to offer than just clothing. Although some of those prices should have been adjusted. If you are going to post up in and outlet mall with the stretch that you have, you should reflect that in your prices.

During my recent shopping trip here, no employee greeted me when I entered the store or walked around. Nonetheless, I found what I was looking for: women's winter coats and rain jackets. This store had my long-time favorite styles, although one of them was not available in my size. Many prices were 40-60% off, so prices were not the lowest that I have ever seen, especially compared to online stores' prices, but were alright.

I have come to collect them. This location, being in an outlet mall, you would think would be the perfect place to grab one such t-shirt. However, that's if you can find them. No two stores are set up alike. You have to first search and search until you realize that those shirts are hidden in a corner. More specifically, the ones in particular you are looking for are faced up against the wall...hidden. I looked and looked for a good fifteen minutes. I could not find them and I could not find an employee that wasn't busy to help me. They were quite busy, which is good, but it was frustrating to shop. Why the lower rating for this store? Combination of things. The obvious, as stated above, the item being hidden. Also, as stated above, the lack of customer service. But the one big standout here, the lack of stock. Probably a good reason as to why they were pushed up against the wall and hidden. They didn't want to have to keep answer the question of where the item was. It was a bit disheartening as this was a shirt I would have really liked to have had. Paying homage to my home for nearly half my life, Pittsburgh. Oh well, maybe I can snag it online. Probably not at the price they had it in store, but most likely the only way I will be able to own the shirt.

It has always been an outlet mall and to have stores like this start to encroach into the outlet mall is not cool, in my book at least. I know all shopping centers are looking for ways to stay relevant and keep their doors open, but if I wanted to pay full price, I would have found a mall with this store in it. Not make a destination shopping trip to be robbed of a spot for discounted items. Being and outdoor outlet mall it is always weird to see a mall based store try to fit in. But once you walk in the door, it's as if you just came off the mall concourse. There is nothing special here and that hits home when there isn't much selection, no difference in appearance, and pricing is as if you can't get these shoes anywhere else.
