On behalf of my wife and I, we can't thank Eric (owner) and all his crew for a job WELL DONE! It was a three day job that primarily entailed construction of a Dry Creek Bed and a Fire Pit. In addition, there was plenty of landscaping that was involved to complete the job. Sod, several various plantings, mulch, and pine straw were laid down to add the final touch. The creek bed was 72 feet long that required three downspouts to be piped underground running into the creek bed. I trust the photos I enclose will help you see what I just said. The four foot diameter fire pit was enclosed with a sixteen foot sitting area. Again, I trust the photos will make this meaningful to any reader. In conclusion, the price was very fair, the crew who worked here were outstanding and enthusiastic. They would park outside our house usually by 7:15 am just waiting for the clock to say 7:30. (I believe by county law they can't start earlier than 7:30.) At that time they would descend onto our property and would not stop until lunchtime. Much the same diligence after the lunch hour. We enjoyed their company for those three days...they were like family to us. Needless to say, we are VERY SATISFIED customers. We worked with ITM for over two years. At first they were very attentive and responsive but by the 2nd year they had significantly declined. They would show up every week as scheduled however they only worked 10-15 minutes. Longer sitting in truck. Then when they were working it was just leaf blowing. My husband still went out every week to trim and rake. Total waste of money but had to wait for contract to expire. read more

Completed a major project with ITM Landscape Company. This includes a retaining walls about 210' long, a 12'X12' slab for the shed, sods and pine straws. Brandon Potts and his team did a very fantastic job. They did able to get all that work done and cleaned up nicely in about 4 days. They was very professional, responsible, and on time. I had ITM do a complex backyard landscaping project for me. It involved installation of a stacked boulder retaining wall, a stone patio, stairs and walkways, and a natural gas firepit. It also included lighting, irrigation, and planting of trees, plants, and sod. It needed to be coordinated with the county due to being adjacent to the lake's stream buffer zone which was a challenging process to handle. I thought ITM did a beautiful job as you can see in the pictures below. I thought the prices were fair and Brandon Potts the project manager was good to work with. I have been using ITM Landscaping for 4 years and have had a good experience so far. Initially, they completely revamped 2 islands in front of my home with all new bushes and a stone border that went completely around the rest of the house. The next year, they added smaller border plants along with a few flower beds and some additional bushes and boulders. Every couple of years they redo all the mulch and consistently do a good job on mowing the yard and trimming the bushes. read more

Workers are knowledgable and hardworking. We had ITM Landscape out twice to our yard. The first was to address a drainage and erosion problem we were having. The team installed two dry creek beds that handled the water that would run down the yard and leave debris. They also put in drainage pipes in the spots that were staying wet after it rained. It has rained a lot since then and there is no more debris or erosion after it rains and no more wet spots. We were so happy with their work, we had them back to do edging and rocks on the back of our house that doesn't get a lot of sun so there is no grass only moss and weeds. It looks fantastic. Eric and his crew are such nice guys. They even helped me load up my truck with supplies for an event I had to attend. I would definitely hire them again. read more

I scheduled an appointment with Eric to look and my job. It included leveling my front yard after having a tree removed and installing sod and working on a drainage problem I have in the backyard which involveda Frenchdrain and collection boxes. He took some measurements and said he would send me an estimate. I never heard from him again. I called his office at the end of the week to inquire and was told he was still working on my estimate. Another week, same story. Don't waste your time like I did. If they don't want the job they won't tell you that...they'll just do nothing and leave you hanging. read more

We hired this company as a package deal to handle our lawn maintenance and weed control. They started out fairly strong, but quickly fell off. First issue was we had an estimate for mulch and pine straw, so they came and handled that. However, they send my husband an email for double the amount the estimate called for. Of course with was after the straw and mulch was laid down. They didn't call or knock on the door to say hey, we made a mistake. Can you afford double what I said? None of that. We assumed that was just a mistake, so we continued with them. They came weekly to mow for awhile, but then the crew came and edged a little and left, then another week they said they came, but they did not. Essentially lying about it, when I'm home and we have cameras. Then the weed control guy pulled in the driveway and left. Again, trying to get credit for no work being done. Lastly they didn't show for 3 weeks and said they don't refund money. We cancelled and kissed that months payment goodbye. Do not recommend. read more

Eric came to my house to provide an estimate to clear leaves from my yard, driveway and walkways. I explained that it was very important that there be no debris remaining in our yard since we had a new 16-week old puppy and that, when we let him into the yard he eats any monkey balls, landscape mulch and/or pine cones in the grass. Eric said that that would not be a problem with the method his team utilizes which is to blow all the debris into the yard and then mulch it until it is no bigger than granules of dirt. I asked, "Are you sure that there will be no left over monkey balls or pieces of landscape mulch"? He assured me that I would not be able to find any landscape mulch or monkey balls. Eric's crew showed-up two days later and blew an unbelievable amount of landscape mulch and monkey balls, from the natural areas around my lawn, onto my lawn and then they ran a mower over the lawn only to chop the landscape mulch and monkey balls into smaller pieces of landscape mulch and half monkey balls...nothing even close to resembling "dirt" as Eric had promised. Now I have a yard full of landscape mulch and cut-up monkey balls and it is a total mess. I emailed Tori" and explained the situation and pointed out that Eric said that it would look like "dirt". Tori said that I would have to give them the opportunity to service my lawn numerous times before they would be able to achieve the "dirt" results Eric had promised after one service. I advised that I need it to be fixed more immediately so that my 16-week old puppy would not ingest the debris her crew left after the initial visit. I have not received a response nor has anyone from ITM returned to correct the problem they created. I guess that I am going to have to hire a more customer focused landscape company to correct the problem created my ITM Landscape. I absolutely would NOT recommend this landscape service. read more
