I will say I have been to other companies however they care. Quality of life is the most important part of professionalism when caring for anyone's loved one. When they call I must say the office always offers to explain and match the right caregiver to the right client to meet healthy boundaries and relationships. Families trust us to come into their homes to provide the best care and love just as if they were our family. When I went for my interview dignity and respect were felt at the table I immediately asked when I started this is a family-oriented agency and they care so if anyone wants their loved one taken care of, or just needs conversation, or a person to smile to say "Good Morning" Mom mom please take the time and join Visiting Angels for the love respect dignity and care caregivers. I know in this program they say it's hard to build that bond, but remember respect goes far and that could be your loved one. The aides care fir my mother as if she were their own, and you can't ask for more than that. She feels they are like family and is very comfortable, well attended to and looked out for. They are also a good advocate for your parent when you can't be there. I couldn't possibly recommend them more highly. In my book they are a 5-Plus!!!

I'm very picky and I hate germs! The staff at this Milton office has been absolutely wonderful so far! I've had 2 cleanings and yesterday recieved a new plate and partial. I will report again after they've been in for a while but so far these are the best looking and best fitting EVER! My doctor and her assistant are friendly, professional, on time, and have displayed an attitude of wanting to do their best work at every level of my care. The offices are clean and everyone I've seen has practiced great hygiene techniques. The ladies at the front I can't leave out. They always have smiles and I always enjoy laighing with them!

Things being stolen, no call no shows, rude aides etc. With Becky my family and I were finally able to breathe knowing she was in good hands. Her and her aides were knowledgeable, great with my grandmother, and are now considered friends. As soon as I reached out to Becky about anything she was on top of it. I seriously wouldn't recommend any other company but hers. The girls did some medical care, bathing, cooking, cleaning etc with no hesitation. I was told if the scheduled caregiver can't be there a replacement would be sent..twice this week…read moreno one showed up. I contacted the answering service. I got no call back. Looking at back invoices I was overcharged 12 hours one day. 15 hours another day and on the holiday at $52.50 an hour the caregiver was a half hour late, I was still charged for the scheduled shift. The caregivers come in late everyday when they do come in. I do not recommend this company to anyone. STAY FAR AWAY FROM SILVER LINING
