Dr. Eisemann was also great when my son was born with the cord around his neck. I am so thankful to have had them for so many years as my OB/GYN'S. Wish I wasn't so far away becausr I would still be one of their patients. I was high risk with each of my 5 children and was blessed to have such amazing, highly trained and compassionate physicans.

She does my cleaning by hand because I can't stand the machine/drilling. I have barely used/not needed the dentist but he was fine when he checked my x-rays, etc. But this practice must allow the technicians ( or at least MacKenzie) the freedom to gage the patient's level of inquiry and answer their concerns and call in dentist at any time. I have only used her so cant comment on any others. Desk/check-in/check-out is fine.

I was in a lot of pain and I was seen at Dr. Soulati's office. I was told that my tooth was broken…read morebut not infected. They suggested a root canal, however they could not do it in the office. I would have to wait and travel to Annapolis. When I said lets just pull the tooth. I can't deal with the pain. I was then told they would try to get me to an oral surgeon. They could not do it in house. I was told to take ibuprofen for the pain. When I explain that wasn't helping it was suggested that I add tylenol in between. I was in tears while paying out. The secretary staff did try to call around and get me help. They could see how much pain I was in, however they could not find anyone that could take me same day. I got in my car I called around and thankfully found someone else that could see me. They got me in right away. They listen to me and were so kind. I was informed not only was the tooth infected but I had an acute abscess. That is why I was in so much pain and the gum was so swollen. They drained were able to open the tooth to relieve the pressure and immediately called in an antibiotic. My experience in Dr. Soulati's only served to increase my reservations about the dentist. I shutter to think what would have happened, had I not found care elsewhere. I would not recommend this dentist. I would like to say thank you to the ladies that were upfront that did their very best to help me. Thank you for caring!

High ceilings, lots of meeting spaces and a large wide front porch made the home very inviting. And the staff was awesome, in a very challenging environment Everyone had a smile. Everyone said Good Morning or Good Afternoon. They were skilled, caring and personable. And the staff worked with my brothers, sister and me to make Charlie's stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. Thank you Parsons! Really well done.

I witnessed them dispose of medications in the hallway trash cans that were never given to the residence due to staff memebers forgetting. I witnessed them throw a elderly resident in the floor and beat on her until she was bloody and then cry to her family when they came to see her. I witnessed them refuse medical treatment to a dying resident who was begging to be transported to tidal health in Salisbury Md. they said it was a money issue and he would be sent right back however this violated his rights he begged and his family begged. The same resident died the next morning aMd was left cold for six hours. I was told if I called 911 and got him a ambulance I would be fired. I was left on the dementia until by myself taking care of 12 residence by myself as a new hire only two days in. There was no wipes available to clean residence and I was forced to clean them with wet rags after they used the bathroom. I witnessed them give one residence medication to another resident due to the cmt feeling like his pain wasn't be addressed , which it wasnt but what she did was illegal. I was deprived of my 2 -15 minute Breaks almost every shift. I witnessed residence fall and the staff never contacted the family or filled out incident reports. I witnessed them leave residence in their own feces for up to 8 hours due to they didn't like working with certain residence. It was heartbreaking and it's all been turned in to the board of nursing. Please be careful where you place your loved ones.

I awaited less than five minute. Dr. Louis discussed the options with me and we settled on a plan to fix the tooth. Less than an hour later I had my tooth fixed, perfectly aligned with my other teeth. He is the absolute best dentist I have ever use. Plus, he is a very nice person. I highly recommend hi.
