The men working there were rude, dismissive, and spoke with an attitude that made the interaction uncomfortable from the beginning. Yesterday I went in to replace the cracked screen on my iPhone 17 Pro Max. I paid $308 for the "high quality" screen replacement, assured by the worker it would be the closest result to the original display. I left my phone at the shop and returned 25 minutes later to pick it up. Everything looked fine and less than 24 hours later I noticed a glowing green tint/pixeled contract especially when at full brightness. I am no expert but I feel like this must be an installation error or a defective/low quality panel. Was a screw behind the screen tightened too much, causing the green pressure marks? I expressed this concern when I went back to the shop today and was brushed off, told that this is normal and expected for screen repairs. For a $300 cost I expect a a flawless display. Or at least forewarned before I commit to the service? Do not come here unless you want a damaged phone. Every photo, video and background is now visual impaired by this green halo. The phones were given back to me while one of them was missing 2 screws that I had given them when I came in. He then stated I never gave them any screws. Was in a rush to get my cracked screen repaired on my I Phone 6 and out the of several spots I called, this is the only one that said they could do it right away. Ended up having to wait a little as somebody got there before me but it still only took 20 minutes or so. Went next door and got a car wash while I waited which worked out well. So this place had a "$50.00 special" on fixing screens posted on Instagram so my husband went to get a phone fixed. He walked and let the person know he was there for the $50.00 promotion posted on IG and the person helping him out asked her co-worker if they were having a promo. Her and the co-worker verified it and took the phone and the $50.00, they ask for my husband's phone number and told him it will be done in about 30 minutes. So he waited in the parking lot for 30 mins and the phone still was not even worked on. They said the promo was only for the back screen not the front so he had to choose from the $70 or $120 option to fix it. This was not stated before taking the money and the phone, as a GOOD business I feel you should honor what was already agreed on. They checked the post and took the money! Secondly if it was discovered shortly after the customer left why not give them a call to let them know? My husband was outside he could have just walked back in instead of wasting his 30 mins for nothing. They refused to honor the price so he got his money back and went else where.
